I ordered a canister set and one was damaged.
I contacted the manufacturer immediately. Luna was very helpful and concerned and replaced the damaged container for me. Thank you !!!

I contacted Grand-Kitchen, about my order, one of the containers were damaged, I sent pictures of the container.. and asked for a replacement,
they said they would sent out a replacement, and have it packaged better... Now that is Great customer service.... Thank you Grand-Kitchen

Need better shipping packaging
The canisters arrived with one of them being broken. When I contacted customer service they replied within 24hrs. I am still waiting for the replacement canister to arrive. I think the only thing that could use improvement is the shipping packaging. My package was beat up pretty good. Other than that, the canisters are AWESOME!

Great customer service
It took a little while to receive my container set but I was kept up to date throughout. The items were as advertised. One was cracked when it arrived. I emailed the company and they immediately responded they would send a replacement.

I ordered a flipper knife from a facebook add and was connected to Grand kitchen, and completed the order , and was super happy when the knife only took 20 days to get to me , huge bonus!!! The knife turned out to be a knockoff of another brand so I wanted return it . Mia was the one who got it done for me , she emailed me almost every day , and even said she was able to negotiate a deal with her supervisor where they would allow her to offer a 50 % refund and I would keep the knife , and she would only pay 20% of her own money , and the company would pay 30% !? I can’t thank Mia enough ! Thank you
