I ordered a top-loader binder for my Pokemon collection as well as a pack of 25, 100pt thickness top-loaders. Ben from Grail got in contact with me via email to check If I made a mistake ordering as the top-loader binders only fit 35pt thickness top-loaders and not 100pt ones, that are apparently used for sports cards.

I messaged Ben back and he managed to swap the 100pt top-loaders I ordered for the 2 of the correct 25pack, 35pt thickness ones!

Very good customer service checking If I made a mistake and helping me to correct It, due to my lack of prior research.

Sent one guard incorrect but sorted it without hesitation

Can’t complain, they’ve got competitive prices for their SPC acrylic cases (any higher I would have considered other companies) and it got delivered to me in a few days.

There was a slight issue with my order being delivered to the wrong address, but it ended up being my fault and I managed to get it in the end!

Very disappointing experience with GrailGuard. My first order was cancelled after three days because they sold items they apparently did not actually have in stock. When the products were finally available again, I ordered once more, but the shipment could not be delivered because GrailGuard put the wrong address on the label, even though I entered everything correctly. Now the package is being returned, which will take weeks again — overall, this was very poor logistics and a frustrating customer experience.

Bens a sarcastic little girl getting all defensive over his piece of £3.45 plasic that wouldn’t protect a playing card joker just like him unprofessional broke instantly messaged to resolve it and he went straight on the attack mode the weapon :)

I was hesitant to order, but the product is excellent. There were some delivery issues, but after contacting them, they were very helpful.
