This review is a bit of a long one but it has a happy ending I promise! Long story short if you don't want to read the whole thing it took a until 17/02/17 from 26/11/16 for my print to arrive, leaving me concerned it might be a scam however Naima who works for Graff.io was very lovely & helpful and this is really just a company, who like any other small business, has a few challenges with the speed of international orders & keeping up with high demand at Christmas. I would purchase again the print I just received is stunning!!! I purchased a voucher for a print off a New Zealand daily deals site, in November, I promptly placed my order selected and counted the days to Christmas to check it would be here on time. After 7 days no contact I emailed Graff.io who were quick to respond (overnight due to time difference) and apologised there had been a problem with my order - I hadn't selected size & frame. They promptly got on to making my order but I still didn't get a shipping confirmation and the delivery time had well passed again so another email. Naima apologised as it appeared it has been sent but should have arrived by that stage, they offered me a voucher to purchase another print. I let her know I really just wanted the one I had ordered & she came back to me to confirm they would re-issue my original order(no charge of course) then a few days later I got shipping confirmation with a tracking link. The tracker updates twice on 1st & 3rd feb then nothing so again I was concerned had I been scammed? I emailed again asking about postage time & was assured it is on it's way. Sure enough 2 days later there was a card to call for a courier parcel (the postman is scared of my dog) so off I went to collect & I am so pleased!! I emailed Naima to thank her for her help & that has lead me here to tell you (other nervous/unsure buyer) waiting for your print to arrive that it will & they will go out of their way to make sure of it! This is a super affordable gift or new piece to brighten your home just remember to order extra early, select the correct options so they know what to make & be patient as it's worth it! P.s I ordered the banksy maid piece with graffiti & it's stunning!!

It took a while to actually get overseas but I did get it. Great looking print, looks awesome on my wall.

I have to admit that this relationship didn't start out that great. The main reason being that my order took a while to get delivered. Obviously, not the company's fault, but mostly because the shipment was international. I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, I wrote an email to the company and they graciously updated my order and with fast shipping. If you are not satisfied with your order, rest assured that the staff at Graff.io will do all they can to replace your order at no additional cost. I am extremely happy with my art work and they look beautiful on my walls.

I ordered my print in late December, received an email 1st Jan to say my order had been received, waited a few weeks as I now live in New Zealand and knew it would take a while, but near the end of the month I emailed the company and was told it had been sent, several emails went back and forth very polite and helpful, and finally it arrived on the 8th February, despite my name and address being clearing typed on the parcel it was miss directed to Canada???? who know what the post service thought they were doing is beyond comprehension !
but I'm pleased to say that the wait was well worth it, as I'm so pleased with the print of Beachy Head as I lived in Eastbourne for many years and every time I look at the picture it reminds me of home.

I ordered my print in November and did not hear anything about my package till I emailed them the beginning of December. They responded to me within 24 hours and explained an issue with the large number of orders and shipping issues and offered to reorder my order. I said I would wait, due to Christmas and it being shipped from overseas. I received my print with a couple of weeks and was very pleased with it. I plan on ordering more for sure. Naima was great to work with.

I had a Groupon Voucher, as it turned out it was only for one print and not four as stated. On the voucher there was on expiry date 13 March and under 'Conditions' it had another expiry date: 6 Feb. All this caused problems but with the lovely Naima who sorted it all out for me, I was finally able to place my order. I am still waiting for a response from Groupon.

22 Feb 2017 - The order was placed on 8th Feb and the pics arrived today. I am really pleased with them - Brilliant ! --- Have had no response from Groupon about their mess-up and no apology.

I'll admit I was very disappionted when my artwork arrived and the frame was broken. It's clear it was the mail carrier's fault though. We tweeted at Graff.io looking for guidance on how to amend it and they responded quickly with who to email. Once I emailed the issue, not only did they reply immediately- they offered to send a whole new set to us right away. Their solution and speediness to respond was greatly appreciated. And they have some very cool art!

When dealing with customer service, I got a prompt, friendly email. Can't wait to see the final result!

Got my prints today, I had a problem with my first order, but they sent me a new order with no hassle

I recently ordered a couple of pieces from Graff.io and am super excited to receive and display them! My experience with their customer service team was outstanding. They were extremely courteous, efficient and prompt with addressing my questions/concerns. I can't wait to buy from them again in the future.

I have used Graff.io several times and the prints turned up promptly, but on December 5th I ordered 4 prints, by January 9th they still had not arrived (I had expected it to take a while as shipping to Ireland but not that long), so I contacted customer service who looked into the matter and confirmed they had shipped early December and should have arrived by then (so at this point assumed lost in transit) so they immediately put in a replacement order which turned up today. They were most courteous and professional in their manner and based on this and the fact that it was the 1st time this happened to me (and the issue was resolved immediately) I would not hesitate to recommend Graff.io

It's very rare to work with a company that wants nothing more than your satisfaction, and Graff.io is absolutely one of those companies. Even though I'm in the US, I received quick and amazingly friendly responses to my questions, and helped me along to make sure that my product will be exactly what I want. I just recently ordered my personalized print, and I know it'll take a bit to receive, but hey, it's a one of a kind print and has to be shipped quite a ways, so no worries whatsoever. I'm sure it'll look amazing! Thanks so much to everyone there!

I ordered one Star Wars print for my husband. It did take some time to ship and deliver but that would be expected with custom artwork and it traveling so far. Once I received it I was very happy. Unique and well done. I did inquire about it not including glass in the frame. Naima in customer service was prompt and very friendly in the response to my concern. Even though it doesn't include a glass covering I'm really happy with the look of the print. I would definitely order from them again!

I ordered 5 pieces of art. Two arrived but the other 3 went missing. I was so concerned that since they were limited edition they would not be able to be replaced, then the two I had received would not work how I had planned them.
I needn't have worried. I spoke to Rae at the company & the 3 pieces were replaced & received in record time.
I have to say that the pieces I ordered are exceptionally beautiful & far exceeded my expectations.

My items arrived within the timeframe promised, securely packaged, and in great condition. Customer service was very helpful and answered all of my questions promptly and pleasantly. The artwork I received is of high quality and was priced fairly. These pieces look great displayed in my house. I couldn't be happier with my order!

My experience with Graff.io has proven that, even when things go wrong (as it often can) there are companies and people who will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
In September 2016 I placed two orders with Graff.io for 'Banksy' prints, one for myself and one for a gift for my girlfriend.
My set duly arrived in a very reasonable time, however, excitement in the expectation of my surprise gift to my girlfriend turned to disappointment when the expected gift failed to arrive at her house.
I communicated with Graff.io to track the order and the response from the team at Graff.io was great, somehow the order had become lost in transit from the UK to New Zealand.
Naima at Graff.io quickly responded to my emails and scheduled a re-print of my order at no extra charge and advised me again when it was despatched. A week ago my girlfriend told me she had received a lovely surprise package, she was most pleased with the 'Banksy' prints.
So, well done Naima and Graff.io, great service and an excellent product, I cannot recommend your company highly enough.

I was having some issues using a Groupon voucher so using the online query platform through the website was able to resolve this issue in a very timely manner. The customer care team were very understanding as I needed to order asap with the artwork being a birthday present, and made resolving my problem a priority. I was able to successfully process my order of which I cannot wait to receive :)

I was very please with the product I received and any questions or issues I had were resolved in a timely fashion.

Learned about Graffio through Groupon and received two of my orders before Christmas! They are beautiful and well loved by those who received them! Had an issue with receiving 1/2 of my pictures and emailed Graffio, their customer service was excellent! Replied to me within a day and did not hesitate to send me my product without any questioning or hassles! Great customer service and beautiful prints! Glad I purchased this Groupon!

I ordered a banksy heart balloon canvas print. I fount it very easy online to order & it arrived very quickly. Amazing quality and I'm very happy with my purchase. Will definitely order more in the future. Fantastic :-)
