4 weeks to respond to a customer query who was having issues with dropped calls? Excuse was "we were managing the merge with OneCom" (who are dreadful anyway). Totally unacceptable.

Advise against this terrible company. They phone system is unusable, doesn’t work, their customer service is shoddy, try to call to sort things out but just keep getting passed around people. 3 weeks and counting means 3 weeks of missed calls from my customers..
Gradwell MUST AVOID - BAD SERVICE
Gradwell offer no emergency support. Our Phone system has failed many times and my business has suffered badly in lost revenue. We are currently looking for another supplier. We have only been with them since February and it’s been a disaster all of the way.
They offer no backing or support. They only contact you once they’ve resolved the issue which can take up to 24 hours of having no business line. They are useless!!! The system is good when it’s working but downtime has devastating effects which they just don’t have any care for.

False promises and showy salesman
I wont name the individual, however I was very upset about the sales person who mislead me about your service.
He claimed he would email me, then once I hadn't heard from him, he claimed the email bounced (which he should of double checked prior).
Most of the call he did a typical sales pitch talking far too much and as a result didnt really understand my request. Once I had emailed again the next day, he claimed I couldnt recieve your services due to my situation as an individual who works from home and not a business, which I made very clear.
He was right there isnt any other service like this online, because as I'm concerned its quite abit subpar and I'm glad.

I have used Gradwell for 8 years and the customer support has always been consistent over this time. The customer support team are always professional, friendly and helpful to resolve the few technical issues I've encountered. I would recommend Gradwell to any SME business.

So far so good! Spoke to one of the sales team called Jacob. Not only did he know his stuff but he also couldn't be more helpful answering numerous questions about how best to help my business with the communications challenges we are currently experiencing. Would recommend this company as its good to deal with decent people!

The experience of sorting out the issue with the phones was simple and fast.

Would be zero if I could. Been with Gradwell for over 12 years. The router was starting to have an intermittent fault on the wifi so I purchased a Draytek on Amazon. I wasn't aware that Gradwell sold them as I could no longer see their shop on their own website. When requesting support to help get connected, I was told basically to do one! Great customer treatment - ah well, moving on now in the hope I can find a customer focused supplier.

Prompt response, which resolved the issue with immediate effect and this at a time when everyone has at least some staff strain issues due to COVID19. Well done!

It’s been 3 weeks our phone lines are not working and they have done nothing but given us utter lies and blaming others.
They don’t know what they are doing.
If you want to run your business smoothly please AVOID them.

Had an issue with a new connection…
Had an issue with a new connection which turned out to be elsewhere than Gradwell. Even so, the support team made every effort to help. Sorting out issues with VOIP can be difficult and frustrating but with the help of these guys we managed to isolate the problem. Couldn't have asked for more.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! If I could giver lower than 1 star, I would. Almost brought my business to its knees, with it's unreliable service. 3 days no phones and nobody helping us or coming back to us. Chasing and chasing and getting nowhere. It seems being without phones is an acceptable notion to this phone supplier. Utter rubbish.
