Moving from ISDN to SIP
The move from ISDN to SIP trunks into our IP PBX with Gradwell was seamless thanks to Amy and the team & it's all set up so that if our Broadband drops out it all fails over to our analogue phone line so we don't miss any calls.

Kelly - was so helpful
Kelly was so helpful. We managed to get ourselves in a pickle trying to fix something but she talked me through it all - very patient and knowledgeable. All sorted. The company is great - every time I phone Customer Service, they talk you through it, patiently. And they answer their phones quickly too - no waiting for 10/15 minutes as you can do for some companies. Thanks Kelly.

Great product fantastic service.
Daisy was awesome. Was quick and easy to organise the purchase of a new number block.

We're rediscovering all that Gradwell has to offer
We've been a Gradwell client for many years, and have recently switched VOIP products with them, from 3CX to their new Wave Platform. We've gone for a Wave+Teams integration, routing all of our calls to our Microsoft Teams accounts, and the support we've received from Gradwell throughout the sales and (re)onboarding process has been second to none. Gradwell offer great products at a great price point. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic customer service! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Planned maintenance is always communicated well in advance and is always out of hours.
Edit: Special mention for Helen (Key Account Manager) and Rob (Onboarding and Provisioning) as they were both very helpful during a recent switch from FTTC to FTTP.

The customer Service for Telecom issues is second to none in the UK. My Credit Cared issue was handled by Kelly professionally. She alerted the correct member of the Gradwell Support team and the issue was resolved quickly and expertly. Can't be clearer than the above. John Skelton

Kelly restored sound clarity!
I spoke to Kelly Patterson about the sound quality on my phone. I thought I might need a new one but she logged into my control panel and updated some areas which she suspected were causing the issues. She arranged to call the phone 15 mins later and, when she did, I could not believe how crystal clear the call was! It had never been that good before! Top marks to Kelly for her knowledge, expertise, patience and excellent customer service.
