Hi Amy,
You placed the order on Nov 18th at 9:30PM. We emailed you first thing in the morning on Nov 19th, letting you know the hood color combination you needed required a custom hood to be made, which took 4 weeks. On Nov 20th, you let us know to cancel and refund and we did so the same day. Within 2 days of placing the order, we communicated that the order could not be filled by the time needed and refunded you for the entire order. We provided the option to take off the hood and ship the gown, cap and tassel, but you did not ask for that option. Your review states you did need the gown, which we had and offered to ship. If you still need it, please let us know. We can ship out everything but the hood today.

The fit on the graduation attire I…
The fit on the graduation attire I ordered was not true to size for me. I measured and ordered correctly, however, it was too tight in the bust area. I had to leave mine robe open in order not to look like a stuffed sausage. It was rather embarrassing, as I had to make a speech.

I am sorry that the gown did not fully zip. The XL gowns take up to a 48" chest. Our gowns are true to size and if the measurement was taken with the clothes you wore under the gown, then a 48" chest would zip to fully close.
