Worst customer service,worst shopping experience. Placed an order on December 14th on credit through lendfirm I still have not received my order still have not received any correspondence from Grace Von but now I have a negative on my credit score,I wouldn't do business with this place again if my life depends on it, I believe it is a scam.

Ring was very cloudy literally the minute I opened my package. I sent an email and got a response that it’s normal and looks fine. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

My order was canceled
My order was canceled. It never even arrived and I wasn't given any info about it other than my order was canceled. After calling around for several days someone told me that my order was canceled due to me not paying my loan payment. I didn't pay the loan payment because I never received the ring or any info about it .

...Not a peep since purchase date... it's been 7 days
Hello!
I made my purchase and I understand that it can take a while to ship. However, I am SUPER disappointed with Customer Service. I have tried calling, as well as e-mailing (twice) and still have yet to receive a response with a simple ETA on my order since it has been 6 days since my order was placed and not a peep. However, I made my first payment and spoke with LendFirm to increase the shipping speed, as they mentioned.
Grace Von, please respond to let me know how to proceed. Thanks!
