Lennox summer boots are tight-fitting at first in the summer. Went to the trouble of wearing thick socks to stretch them a bit.

People keep noticing this dress. It's a lovely, unique style - really stands out.

The measurements are accurate. But the fabric was not comfortable as expected.

Dress is cheap quality, doesn't fit.
I have asked to return it. They suggested 25% of the full amount if I keep a dress that doesn't fit!! Just going to find out how much the shipping costs are. Warning, don't use this company. Report to trading affairs ⚠️

My order arrived earlier than expected. The whole process was simple and straightforward.

Do not order it's basically shein dresses passed off as a company in London? Dress was nothing like picture, dress in pic was embroidered nothing embroidered on the dress when it came nothing like it. Also tried to return to email address and doesn't exist. Scam

Very long wait for delivery
When shoes arrived, very small and uncomfortable, even though they advertise being comfortable. Very cheap quality and when asked for a refund i was offered various options and for a full refund option it was expensive! They were shipped from China even though the company is London.
Overall BAD!!

The loafers were tight after they were taken out of the box. Just a little bit more of a night out after 2 days being stuck inside!

Don’t be fooled by the name of the company and U.K. address on their website -China based - terrible quality and rough cost of £15 to pay your own return for a refund on an item that cost £40 - feel stupid not checking
Despite requesting a refund it took a further 8 emails to get the return address- waste of money

Wet and hang dress fabrics so that they do not cling. Twisted and straightened up a bit.

I was not expecting such a prompt delivery. The quality seems to be really nice compared to the money I paid. I have nothing to criticize.

Decent quality for a fast-fashion brand, but don't expect it too last years. Still usable tho.

Scam website. Incorrect size delivered and now being told in order to return I have to pay postage (to an address in China, not addressed to Grace & Jess), even though website states there is no cost to the customer for defective/incorrect products.

I had ordered a dress for £42. It arrived, looked nothing like the photo - the quality was TERRIBLE and did not have the same structure as the images online.
I requested to return, and was told I would have to pay shipping costs - initially I did not have an issue with this. However, I was informed that I would have to return the item to China, which would obviously cost a lot from the UK. I don’t think it is very obvious that this is the case, considering London is in the name of the company and the warehouse address on their website is in London! Be aware when purchasing from here as the quality of items is not reflected in price, and when you receive the item and realise this you will have to pay a fortune to return, when it is not your fault!

Scam website - fake address

Cannot receive returns documentation and information from this company, despite contacting it several times.
The 'customer services' telephone number on the website does not work. In online chat the company appears to have changed its name to Jessie and James London. I cannot afford to lose the money paid for a garment that is far too small. A response from the company would be deeply appreciated and is much needed.

Despite the name and company address online, this is not a london-based business. Only when I had placed my order and paid, did I discover by the tracking link that my goods were being dispatched from China. My order has not moved for several days according to their tracking system. I am so annoyed that I did not check Trustpilot first in this instance!
