Right from the very first phone call to meeting with consultant Jamie Lee (from Grace, Wodonga), all I can say is fantastic, she put my mum's mind at ease and a lot of pressure was taken off me knowing that Grace could organise professional packers and cleaners. A win win in my mum's situation. Definitely would highly recommend and use Grace Removals should and when the need arises.

Very helpful on a difficult and often delayed move from NSW to WA. Grace and especially Phil and Jamie-Lee as well as Glen on the WA end went beyond the call of duty. It did cost me but I guess that is the going rate. I would use them again.

We were promised a requote if we reduced our volume from 2 containers We sold THOUSANDS of dollars in a hope to reduce our 26k move from Albury to Cairns. Didn't happen. They updated our inventory and still said they thought we wouldn't fit in 2 containers. I doubt the inventory was updated. After 6 weeks of hassling, they offered us $3000 for selling 3/4 of a container. Disgraceful.

The second day of our move they showed up 2 hours late with no communication. On both days they left key items behind, sending them into storage for us for a couple of months and to the tip for the items on the 2nd day. They showed up with 1 worker. My husband had to assist packing in our $26k move. They didn't deliver boxes. We could go on...The official reason was covid. The guy on the ground told us his junior partner just didn't bother to show up and the manager of the Albury branch was sacked. But it was Covid...the reason for the poor performance. No one further up the chain was prepared to honour the word on their consultant who promised a requote on reduced volume.

Grace's staff were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble and any communication was completed immediately. Jamie-Lee, Eric and Tracey were just the most amazing and supportive team anyone could expect. We have unique pieces of furniture and the team wrapped and transported all our furniture with the utmost care. Thank you so much for providing such caring and helpful people.

So impressed. Jamie-Lee at Wodonga was great, we were kept up to date with what was happening and during Covid it was very appreciated as things change daily. We were very happy with the price. Everything arrived in one piece. I’d use Grace again for sure. Thanks heaps.

The guys are extremely great employees, given the Covid circumstances and the present difficult times. The manner in which they conducted the job was commendable.

Courteous, efficient, co-operative, extremely hard working and diligent. Both operatives did a wonderful job above and beyond their duty, were well mannered and nothing was too much trouble. Their duty of care was outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and I fully recommend your people to anyone needing a removalist.

We have used Grace for each of our last three moves (spanning sixteen years and including two interstate moves). For our recent move we did not get any other quotes as our previous experience with Grace staff had been so positive with very competitive pricing. On each occasion the Grace teams have been friendly, careful and very willing to work in with our plans. We have really appreciated the way they have gone about their work … including the recently used Wodonga/Brisbane teams … that has made our moves efficient and trouble free. Highly recommend.

I was extremely happy with Grace Removals and I didn't have any issues whatsoever...
I was very happy firstly with Jamie Lee for her quoting service, the payment processing, the receipt, the fact they arrived and actually delivered my stuff.
Kelly also helped me try getting closer time range of removal time.

Also very happy with Mick and Helen who moved my things into my apartment were fantastic.
They were very efficient and reliable.
And I also received and signed all paperwork at the end which I can provide to my new place of work for receipt for relocation costs. I also thanked them and told them so.

My previous problem was with the original company who were supposed to move my stuff from Potts Point to South Melbourne, lied about having border crossing permits, dumped my stuff in the storage unit at Lavington and then double charged me from additional quote price for their time despite it being their fault because they hadn't complied.

I had to then utilise Grace Removals to then get my things from storage unit in Lavington and get it to South Melbourne.
Grace Removals unlike the previous Company did the job they promised and fulfilled there promise to get my stuff there without any hassles what so ever.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing...if I had of remembered Grace Removals to begin with I just would have used your company for the whole job from Potts Point to South Melbourne.
Because then l wouldn't have had this issue to begin with.

So to clarify I was extremely satisfied and happy with Grace Removals Wodonga and Melbourne's contribution.

Our Grace Removal from Alice Springs to Wodonga then on to Shepparton 10 months later the service was excellent all our goods arrived in perfect condition much to our relief. The staff contact was excellent every one was very helpful at all times

Couldn't have asked for better guys to do the removal. Will use again and recommend to others. They took great care of our stuff and home with above and beyond efforts to place our stuff where we wanted it
