The move from Wollongong to Perth was made so much easier with the professionalism of Grace Removals. From the initial consultation to the final delivery everything was smooth and efficient which made the move stress-free. Big thanks to Sam, Tristin and Jaxson from Grace Perth for unpacking so quickly (under 3 hrs) and taking care of all our furniture.

As usual, Grace was "excellence in all things."

My household has been in storage since September 2022, and the date for getting it out and set up in my new home has changed several times. My moving Consultant, Jessica Theseira,​ has been patient and helpful throughout this process.

When finally the day came to get things back Jess was able to get it organised and done on the day requested with no issues. This was important to us, as we have a limited time window before we have to go off to work again.

The removalists team were Kevin Poller, Brian Williams, and Corey Musgrave. They arrived on time and did the unpacking quickly and carefully. Everything was out of the truck and in the house within 3 hours, and they helped remove some of the boxes and additional packing before they left.

Everything was left neat and tidy, ready for me to unpack over the coming days. Excellent work gentlemen and team Grace. Much appreciated. Thank You.

The expert and friendly support from Jennae and Kerry prior to the move and then the professional, seamless and "nothing's too much trouble" approach from Carl and the team on the day made a potentially stressful day worry free.

The packing crew and uplift crew were very friendly and polite and did a fantastic job taking utmost care with our possessions.

The team at Grace were very professional and did a great job end to end with my relocation. Sean, Kyle and Joshua were all superb! They treated my consignment with care as expected and were very polite. I would definitely use Grace again and highly recommend them. The fee was also reasonable or competitive when compared with other removalist.

Carl and Scott were very efficient and treated all my goods with care and concern, as if it were their own furniture. Thank you.

We wanted to ship our vintage car to Italy to attend 100 years of MG celebration events across Europe. After approaching specialist car transport companies for more than 3 months, we were constantly told 'we don't ship to Italy'.

All the staff I dealt with were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. From Kerry and Shelley in the office who were able to answer every question with good grace and humour, and organise things seamlessly, to Kevin and Kurtis and then Seth and Kevin, - I cannot fault their attitude and willingness to help. Five star experience.

The pick up crew from Albany (sorry can’t remember all the names) and the delivery crew from Perth (The Friday team (not sure about names) & Sat team with Sam, Unjah & Tristan) were all exceptional and very helpful.

Great service and good communication

From our initial contact with Melinda Crotty in Perth to the delivery guys in Sydney our experience has been wonderful. This was a very emotional move as our daughter was moving to Sydney to start her 2 year graduate position with a large company. Grace’s customer service from start to finish made the move a very positive experience. Thank you 😀

Sam, Tristan and Corey were great. They made me feel very comfortable with the move. It was a hard day and their kind words helped my stress levels.

Communication after good were delivered to destination was poor. I was not told that i would receive my car on the arranged date until the actual date.
The staff were very matteroffact about it and failed to show compassion given the big move I had made.
