Melbourne Removalist is the worst service of all time.

Still waiting for my property and it has now been 7 weeks and it hasn’t even left Melbourne for New Zealand yet. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks!!
Will not recommend to anyone at all!!!
Disappointed and very annoyed!!!

Grace were efficient and easy to use. They turned up on time and the men were very efficient and concerned to do everything we required.

Couldn’t ask for any more better! Interstate Removals from Grace was the greatest experience ever. People are very kind special mention to Matt Ross and Rachel Eames from Melb and Thereza Flores from Grace Brisbane. Originally contacted Dawson Removals Company and was disappointed with the enquiries. Found Grace on Google and didn’t regret in choosing them. From quote to after sales everything was smooth and easy!! They uses third parties for Cars and Pets which was the best and we’re very blessed by the services they gave us. Great people!! Thank you Grace.

I would like to Thank Daniel Hoeler (Moving Consultant) and Danick Cormick (Customer Service Coordinator). They made my Move so easy. We moved from Melbourne ( Victoria) to Port Headland (WA). I Read mixed Reviews about Grace Removals online. I had my doubts but Belive me when I say the Customer Service experience and the Price for the Move provided by Grace is unbeatable. Daniel was so prompt and Honest in Answering all the questions via email and also over the phone. (I had so many Questions). All my stuff arrived on time no damages, everything was well packed and unpacked when Delivered. If anyone is planning a move just go with Garce Removals cause I will. If there was more than 5 star rating. I would have given Grace 10 stars

I used Grace Removals for my move from Tasmania to regional victoria. I used their packing service which was one of the best decisions I ever made. The packers were fantastic, polite and professional at all times. I also used the storage facility in Hallam for several months and when I had delivery of my goods it too was a smooth transaction. Vehicle arrived on time and everything was in perfect order.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, the service was impeccable and I would use them again without hesitation.

Everyone I dealt with was super professional, friendly, and helpful. All items were handled with care and moves were carried out so efficiently! Grace made a stressful process so easy and supportive! Highly recommend.

Cheryl at the Hallam branch was very patient and arranged items to be sent interstate to 2 different locations. All parties were kept informed of the pick up and delivery date and time. The items received were un-damaged. Excellent service by the delivery guys. Thank you

Nathan and Shaun from Hallam Vic were fantastic no doubt there so polite and efficient definitely made the experience so much better and easier.

We moved a 3 bedroom household from Melbourne to Perth.Grace was very professional and gave the most competitive quote.
The young removalists arrived on time and completed the job very quickly.Our goods were all listed and tagged.
The move went smoothly and our goods arrived in good condition.
Katie in Perth was very helpful when the delivery was delayed due to covid problems.

Great communication, very quick to answer any questions. Everything arrived promptly (approx 8 days from Melbourne to Brisbane) and in good condition.

Consultant Brydie was extremely helpful and responsive and made the whole move from Vic to NSW seamless.

From the moment I met Matthew on face time during lockdown, I knew I was going to have a positive experience. I called him so many times with lots of questions and he never hesitated to answer my question and nothing was too hard.
Then on the day of moving they guys that came where like machines. They worked so well together and were so coordinated. Nothing was to hard for them either.
Overall I made the best decision in choosing Grace to move 30 years if our lives from Melbourne to Cairns.
I would recommend Grace to everyone.

Great work undertaken by Grace staff, Packing, Removing n Delivery. I will recommend Grace Bros to all who need their services n their staff show a cheerful disposition which I consider a difficult job- cheerful, helpful n sincere. I was impressed by Scott, a Sales Rep from Melb who impressed me with his honest n frank opinions.

We have now had 5 moves with Grace over the past few years and whilst all have been great we would have to say that the service provided by Nathan and Shaun was absolutely fantastic, so polite and accommodating , hopefully we can get them for our next move.
