Grace Removals Group - Gold Coast Recensioni

Experienced removers, good quality service very competitive prices. Highly recommend them if you want your belongings to be safe!!

great service, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this company

Grace Removals have looked after us in three moves in the past 4 years. They are great to deal with, always meet commitments, offer good value for money, the team from Matt Ferrari down are terrific to deal with.

I have just completed two moves in twelve months, each time Grace removals were so professional, efficienct, timely and polite, I would highly recommend them to anybody considering a move in the near future.

From my first contact when Matt did a quote for my request to the final stage of delivery I have been most impressed with the service Grace has given me.The delivery men were on time helpful and most professional.
I can only say a big thank you to all the staff.
Gwenda Erwin.

We recently had Grace Removals relocate us from Iluka, NSW back to the Gold Coast. Over the years we have moved across the country and back with Grace and every time the experience has been nothing short of absolutely fantastic. Quite frankly we didn't want any other company to handle our move, such is our level of trust in the professionalism which we have experienced with Grace. The guys who handled our most recent relocation showed up on time and were so friendly and polite and efficient. Moving can be a traumatic experience, but the Grace employees, made it a real joy with their humour, knowledge and professionalism. This company is absolutely the BEST, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

A MAGNIFICENT job boys! THANK YOU!

Absolutely fantastic service from the initial contact to quote the job, kept informed throughout the process. Prompt pick up and delivery, value for money was exceptional and all tram members where extremely professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. Great job

My Sister and I needed to move our Mother's furniture from the Gold Coast to Melbourne. We cannot recommend the team of Jenni and Aaron at Grace more highly, the service was absolutely personal and professional, we felt as though we had friends in the trade as they provided support and learned advice. My Sister shopped the prices around, unlike me as I have used Grace before; and end to end they are extremely competitive and more importantly they have the experience and name you can trust to do it right. Top service and outstanding people with the delivery on time and in perfect condition.

Grace is a truly professional operation! Helpful staff guided me through the process over the phone, at the uplift address and interstate.
The whole potentially anxious process was made ‘hassle-free’ by the kindness and courteous attitude of the staff.

Professional staff, great service on time and a great price

Very satisfied from start to finish. Nothing was an issue for the team.

Great experience from Stewart to finish. Staff extremely helpful especially the guys unloading our furniture. Highly recommend Grace Removals

Excellent service at both collection and delivery. The communication from the Grace teams in both Qld and Perth was efficient and the assistance provided for our move second to none.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone requiring re-location. Special thanks to Matt and Jenni - nothing was too much trouble for our move even during a Pandemic !

We found the men to be very professional and helpful, they went the 'extra mile' Well done!

Great professional service from Grace. In Queensland they had to navigate 3 flights of stairs and did it with such professionalism and with a good sense of humour, which was very much appreciated. The Manager at Grace kept me well informed of the changing situation in the current Covid 19 crisis which was very much appreciated through such a stressful time such as moving interstate during a pandemic. Would use again for sure! Thank you!

We have used Grace many times and always polite and efficient staff. They deliver on time and have always taken extra care with our furniture and goods

The removalists were great and very obliging. Definitely recommend Grace and will be using them when we move on again

Highly recommend Grace Removals for your next move. They were on time, extremely polite and went about packing my furniture above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely use them in the future.
