We would like to say a massive thank you to Grace removals for a wonderful experience helping us relocate back to the UK. A special mention for coordinator Claudia who was there at any time to answer any queries we had and made the experience easy and stressless.
We’d also like to say a massive thank you to packer Jess who was very professional and whose work ethic is outstanding. Both of whom was a pleasure to meet. Last but not least Darren & Ian who picked up our shipment where very professional and handled everything with care.

Great service from QLD to NSW
Great service from beginning in QLD and kept my valuable items safe in storage in NSW, and once I found suitable accommodation Grace storage and removal delivered my household items to my next destination, excellent service, professional service by Grace employees, will be using them on my next journey, thank you again.

They lost a box and spent 3 weeks…
They lost a box and spent 3 weeks pretending to care. I had to chase them every time, after they said they were having their team investigate. Smoke and mirrors customer service.

Great experience, from arranging the initial quotes with Simon McKenna and to the moving day. The 3x guys that helping us on the day were very professional, friendly, super helpful. Highly recommend Grace services.
