The people that Grace Bros sent to do the job were excellent, particularly the man in charge, I’m sorry I forgot their names - but they really went beyond the scope of their duties and were very pleasant and helpful. Only complaint was one piece of damaged furniture which Grace Bros is having professionally repaired for me. Also, one little thing - labelling of contents of boxes could be a little more detailed to make unpacking a bit easier.

The team was professional and pleasant to engage with.They were helpful and went above and beyond.

I contacted Grace as my son died very suddenly and we needed to move his furniture and belongings interstate very quickly. From the moment we spoke with Jody Byrt in Melbourne we felt confident things were going to work out well. Jody quoted a price and arranged for the furniture to packed and delivered within about 10 days. She was extremely respectful, attentive and answered all our queries easily. The furniture arrived on time nice and early at 9.00am. I was greeted by Danny Brooks, Cody Brooks and Bradley Porteous and honestly, they couldn't have been nicer, more helpful or considerate of the circumstances we all found ourselves in. When they moved the furniture I mentioned how careful they were being and the response was 'well it's someone's person possession and we need to respect this.' With the heavy equipment they volunteered to move it to another location. Not one grumble or complaint, they just kept saying, 'anything you want, we'll do it for you.'
Danny, Cody and Bradly, thank you for making such a hard situation so bearable. I would definitely recommend Grace to anyone as their service goes beyond just professionalism. They care.

Grace came with a good crew and packed our house up in Albany for our move back to Perth. Some went to there storage facility in Albany and some came to PER. 2 years later we have just had the rest of our goods delivered to us in Perth. Everything was well covered and in good condition.Again the guys who delivered our gear were careful and courteous and on time. Well done to Dean and all of his crew in Albany.

Boys were great, packed everything nicely and delivered it on time and nothing was damaged.

The movers from Albany office did the uplift in Kojonup
in wet conditions and worked like dogs. So did the lads doing the delivery to our new home in Northampton. They did a great job with no complaint. Just the best.

Always on time and efficient. I have had some large, awkward and heavy pieces of furniture. Where possible Grace staff take them apart so that staff and the piece of furniture are not damaged or hurt. My recent move involved awkward spaces and my washing machine proved to be a problem. Only experience got the machine into the allocated space. I trust Grace staff. They have the support of an organisation with a lot of experience.

Impressed with the consideration given to me when needing my piano moved after another company was a no show. I had a tight time frame and a 12 stair entrance to my house. Grace Bros managed all of the procedure with great problem solving and great care of my piano.

From the initial phone call right through to the final box being unloaded, the staff, service and overall experience was first class.
Ours was not an easy move, staggered over a few days, we had a lot of "Stuff" and numerous artworks and difficult items that they needed to pack and move. NOTHING was too much trouble, the boys even asked at the end of an exhausting move - "is there anything else we can do to help you?" great attitude and much appreciated.
Moving house is stressful - especially when you are working and busy, the Albany TEAM alleviated so many of those stressful moments and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Jamie and Team Albany!!

Worst company to use in the world. Never ever choose them. They’re expensive and don’t care at all about your items. They delivered a week late and scratched so many of our items. Have zero communication and every man talks to you like you’re rubbish if you have any issues. Please don’t choose them no matter how much they try and persuade you, choose any other company, my partner and I are out almost 500$ because of them. Will also be putting this on Facebook and YouTube to make sure people don’t have to deal with what we have.
