The supporting team is just great
The supporting team is just great. They are fast to respond to comments and questions. At first, I feel unsure due to it is a new thing to me, after the free trial, and later purchased a package, I feel comforatable and am satisfied. Jhong, the supporting team, is just great. Does not perform.
I purchased credits and worked on a 600 line CVS file with 8 columns with text and data. A big but not huge database. I wanted the tool to produce some compelling graphs I could past into a presentation.
It did not manage to:
1) Perform an analysis.
2) Create compelling graphs
3) Ultimately it created a basic pivot table in which the % from a total for 5 subfields was wrong. I told it the error and did not manage to fix it's error twice.

The add-in for Excel is very easy to use. No learning curve
The add-in for Excel is very easy to understand.
If you have a column with a fullname you can easy extract:
firstname
lastname
gender
You can bring your own key from Open AI.
I use GPT-4o-mini.
That doesnt cost much.
You pay for usage of the add-in.
I paid 29 USD for a package and could easily do over 200.000 requests -> also writing articles for a website with much words.
You can test it for free.
I am very glad with this easy tool in Excel.
