GPSTraining Recensioni

Great advice and super fast delivery. Jon super helpful and knowledgeable. Items shipped with all needed information and the support is excellent with loads of information and resources online.

Excellent customer service and advice.
Thank you 🙂

The time and care taken to ensure that I purchased the correct product was outstanding. There was no attempt to upsell me and the after sale service and training package is second to none. Highly recommended.

First class service all round by people who know what they are talking about. They know the handheld GPS products, know how to use them effectively and can advise you on all aspects of using GPS while walking the hills.

I wanted an OS map for my TwoNav Terra. In a few clicks I found exactly what I was looking for, placed my order and the map voucher arrived a couple of days later. It was then a simple process to follow the clear instructions to download the map to my GPS. Perfect. 😊

Very pleased and A1 once again and renewed

Living local I arranged an appointment to get more information on suunto watch range.
Met Andy who after a brief discussion on what I would be using the watch for we narrowed if down to a couple of choices .
Andy was very thorough in demonstrating watch functions and how to customise watch to your needs.
There was never any pressure from Andy to buy a watch. And after being shown a couple of options I purchased a suunto race 2.
I am delighted with the watch and the follow up customer services have been excellent.

GPS Training helped a great deal in explaining the buying options for GPS Tracker and map software. Their deal included access to training videos which are very helpful to me, as I have previously used paper maps and compass only. The GPS Unit with OS maps and training deal was by far the best on offer.

I lost my Topo 1:25K2 years ago and found a cheaper replacement online, which seamed Ok. it crashed a few weeks ago and your support team tried to help presuming it was a software update by Garmin gone wrong.
Then when I showed a picture of the micro SD card it showed as a counterfeit one and that had given out and Garmin had had a spate of these rogue SD cards in circulation and got these websites closed down.
so I had just ordered the complete Garmin Topo GB Pro 1 1:25K one it arrived very quickly and I am looking forward to get my about board GPS up and running again.
Thanks

Really professional service providing invaluable guidance to get the best from your GPS device.

Excellent service and communications.

I had some damaged buttons on my Terra.
Returned it and was given a replacement very quickly.
Excellent service.

Most reliable and helpful company I've ever encountered.

I have used GPST for quite a number of years supplying me with Oregon 450 and 700 for walking and cycling routes. My use is limited to these simple devices - so I have no need or experience of the full range of other kit available .
But GPST - Jon and Andy - have always answered all my queries quickly and efficiently - Full marks to them. Nigel Nott

GPS Training is a truely customer focused business and the customer service is second to none. Advice is given if needed on the best device for your needs and the after purchase support is incredible. Totally trustworthy.

All very good, don’t change anything!!

Excellent customer service . Can not be bettered .

Very knowledgeable and helpful with super after sales support and training

Andy the trainer was excellent, he had a great knowledge of the products and he was excellent in the way he presented the course. The course itself was very informative.

Replacement Garmin GPS belt clip arrived as agreed and is working fine.
