I found Umayr Waraich, The Private Remortgage Deputy Team Manager great. Umayr is responsive and very professional. He is very patient and has addresed all my questions in a timely manner. Also, he has tried to help me overcome the challenges when going throughout the process.

I cannot recommend Luke and Priyanka at Gordons Property Lawyers highly enough.
Before coming to them, I had previously been with another conveyancing firm. The difference in service was night and day. Where I had previously felt like just another file on a desk, with Gordons I felt genuinely supported, listened to, and protected.
This was not a straightforward transaction. It was a highly complex, court-ordered property transfer arising from financial remedy proceedings, with strict timelines, lender coordination, redemption calculations, and extremely sensitive issues affecting my children’s stability.
