Non delivery of items
I got a confirmation on 12/06/23 that my order was on the way.
1 x Pfanni Miniknödel, 2 x Mildessa Rotkohl, 3 x Thomy Delikatess-Senf
The mustard never arrived. It was on the delivery note but crossed off. I have paid for the mustard but got no notification to this date when it will be delivered.

Hi Anna. Sorry for the missing mustard which must have slipped through and it was not communicated to customer care that this was not sent otherwise we would have taken immediate action.
