Excellent experience, price and service. The manager re set my glasses and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Thanks asda.
Terrible service my 4 year old son broke his glasses and they way the 2 woman spoke to me at the front desk was appoling. They first said I had glued the glasses which was a complete lie I had not touched them or tried to fix them myself. The first woman I spoke to basically called me a lier. Then had to wait 2 weeks on them getting fixed while my son was struggling at nursery without them. Went in to pick them up and the second woman said I couldn't pick them up without my son being there which I was not told. She also asked me again how he managed to break them and said next time I need to bring in the broken pair which I replied I did bring the broken pair in she seemed shocked. Terrible customer service from start to finish.
I am so impressed by this company. I was looking for replacement lenses for my Ray-Bans and they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Their communication throughout was impressive. Great prices too.
