Company can't be trusted to deliver…
Company can't be trusted to deliver on-time. Ordered gourmet items well in advance of their need and paid for overnight delivery because some were perishable. Wanted them on Christmas Eve and the company said they could deliver. They didn't. Two days later I had to track down the package. No notification of a missed delivery date. NO communication at all until I hit them up with a "where's my order". I will say, Customer Service Rep. Sara was great and refunded the purchase when I asked. Said, keep the order. Not really in the mood to try four day old shipped caviar even if it was packed in dry ice but she tried. All in all, for items like these, perishable gourmet foods, I wouldn't trust a company who can't deliver as agreed upon.
