The purchase wasn't without incident and they do charge more than most but the team were always available on the phone in Andrew's absence. And the delays were owing primarily to the selling party.

In respect of the costs, Andrew was always transparent with them and would send me a revised invoice and explanation when needed.

Jodi our case handler kept us updated at all times throughout our house sale and the purchase of our new home.
The online portal is so easy to navigate all your documents are on there to read print off fill in and upload back into the portal can also take photos of documents and upload them aswell we used smartphones but I’m sure if you log in with a laptop or computer you can fill them in online.
When on the odd occasion we got stuck we just phoned Jodi who talked us through what we had to do.
We did have to meet Jodi who is so nice and helpful and very professional a credit to Gough Thorne.
