I found it frustrating that you no longer stock something as simple as flux in Minnesota.
I find it frustrating that I cannot call anyone in your Minnetonka MN location.
I found it frustrating that I could not update my company information with one of the (work at home) people I wound up speaking with.
One of my employees tried to will-call my order 4 times during your posted working hours and was not able to connect with anyone at your Minnetonka facility. I had to make a special trip after getting through to my salesperson who made sure someone was there to hand me the items.
I learned that my salesperson had actually retired and when I asked the people in Minnetonka who his replacement would be they told me to call him and ask.
It appears to me that PAC is moving away from the Minnesota marketplace. I was forced to spend more money, yet received excellent service and delivery for a small (get by) bottle of flux from DigiKey.
Thankfully there are plenty of online options for me to purchase products going forward.
PAC has been a great company to work…
PAC has been a great company to work with. Their products are just what I was looking for. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in tack. My only suggestion for improvement is to add my name to the label for delivery. I work in a school district with over 200 employees so it took awhile for me to receive my order after it arrived at the receiving dock.
Delays and Errors
I ordered cleanroom frocks and lab coats for my team, complete with company logo and each person's name embroidered. Delays and errors were the theme throughout. Initial communication began on August 31, 2021. Cleanroom frocks didn't arrive until late December 2021 after proof approval kept getting repeated unnecessarily. Lab coats arrived in March 2022 but comically had the same person's name on all the lab coats (instead of 7 different names). New ones arrived in April 2022 but the font for the individual names were too small. At this point, since the names were correct I didn't bother to complain. But then I received an invoice on August 18, 2022 (almost a year after initial contact!) indicating that my company wasn't billed for the embroidery, so we were billed that amount -- even though it wasn't exactly what we wanted. I realize PAC works with various vendors and can't always anticipate delays or mistakes, but they should be accountable for the vendor actions. I wasn't offered any discounts or refunds for the schedule slipping and errors, but was instead charged for embroidery over 4 months after final delivery of substandard product.

A partial order (small piece of plastic) sent from Texas at a cost of $10.00 after about three weeks, and the rest of the order for a repair kit for a MB 250 has not come as of this day. Meanwhile my soldering station is anxiously waiting for the rest of the order. Amazon delivers in two days. Please call them and find out how they process an order and ship on same day, one day, and two day maximum.
very disappointing for a prestigious company such as Pace is so far behind the times.

Ordered a customized Production Basics workbench through PAC. Pricing for the bench from PAC was slightly less than direct from Production Basics, which was a bonus. Received our order earlier than expected but the bench tabletop was received with damage. Both our account manager from PAC and Production Basics resolved the issue quickly and professionally. The new bench turned out great and we appreciate the service from both companies. Thank you!
