GoTiles are top notch!

GoTiles have been amazing. I can't praise their customer service highly enough. I had the good fortune to deal with Laura on the customer services team. She was brilliant. I was 3 tiles short, but I had missed the 48hr product inspection window. However, Laura kindly offered to send the tiles to me free of charge (including the delivery costs). I live in Scotland, so the costs to deliver up here are much more. Was so pleased and grateful that GoTiles absorbed all of the extra costs.

The tiles came well packaged and in perfect condition. Can't fault GoTiles for product range, and of course, their customer service professionalism. Thank you again :))

Bad practice - I expected a conciliatory response to follow but that practice to continue and am unsurprised by that being the case

Update 22.2.26 relative to the response from the company.
Indeed I did receive a call back AFTER my initial review, when it was suggested that I submit an order and the company would ‘see what they could do re delivery charges’. I’d ordered elsewhere by then and so cannot anticipate what would have transpired. We are as a matter of interest NOT in ‘upper Scotland’ , a laughably inaccurate description I presume of The Highlands but indeed rather closer than probably half of lower England to the suppliers base in the Central belt smack back between Edinburgh (the place with a castle) and Glasgow (home to The University of Glasgow whose ancient cloisters inspired both the Age of Enlightenment and Harry Potter. My main complaint is - why double down by making a fictitious and erroneous claim of distance ?

It seems the previous concerns over ghost delivery charges and a lack of transparency on the website now almost a year old have not been heeded. I called and engaged with a young lady who was 'covering the phones' when I took at face value a clear an uncaveated statement of free delivery on orders over £500. The explanation was that it was within another section (not indicated on the purchase page). It was not. They are in Wakefield. A short hop to Central Scotland. Where exactly qualifies for free delivery. They set the parameters and I see previously blame couriers and have previously received similar complaints around misleading prospective clients over delivery (unclear on the page offering free delivery). This is a highly suspect set up if it cannot fix such an obviously misleading statement .

A member of our team contacted you directly to discuss your concerns and explain how our delivery terms work. As outlined on both our delivery page and during checkout, postcode exclusions do apply to certain harder-to-reach areas. Unfortunately, your postcode in upper Scotland falls within one of those zones, which is why an additional charge was generated.

We completely understand that delivery costs can be frustrating. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a reduced shipping rate to help, however you advised that you had already placed your order elsewhere.

We would always welcome the opportunity to review any concerns before an order is placed or a review is left, as we’re confident our team would have done everything possible to assist.

Difficult to get-through to place Order

I did experience difficulties as couldn't get hold of Gotiles by phone, email or chatbox. T.P. alerted my review and La*** contacted me. My emails had gone to junk. They could be losing customers due to email issues, chatbox and not answering phone. It's sorted now. Not placed an order yet. I've upgraded review, their prices look competitive but can't comment further as not ordered yet.

I was delivered completely different…

I was delivered completely different tiles from these that I ordered. I contacted the customer service once I received a confirmation email, because the name on the email was different from this on the web. I was assured by Lillie that it is the correct type of tiles, but they have different internal names.
I have not opened the boxes during the delivery, but immediately afterwards. It turned out that instead of white marble tiles I was sent some narrow grey herringbone. I reported the issue immediately and provided photografic evidence. I never heard any apologies and was offered no solution. I was only told that my evidence was passed onto the correct department. I requested that they either replace the tiles with the correct ones, or refund the order as I am not going to use these ugly tiles. I have not heard from them again.

It's all about customer service…

It's all about customer service when things go wrong. Our well packaged tiles were clearly dropped in transit and 30% were damaged. Lillie at Gotiles was very prompt in dealing with the issue and replacement tiles were sent that day. Well done!

Would definitely recommend. Ordered outdoor tiles at the beginning of last week and was pleasantly surprised to see at the checkout I could select a specific delivery date and the shipping price was fairly cheap considering everywhere else I had looked! Tiles arrived on Friday & they look great, just waiting for a sunny day now so we can get them down! Thanks

Good customer service

The day we visited the Coventry branch it shut down the next day and nearest branch was Birmingham. So everything was done by phone. Order was placed and held for delivery until a week before they were needed thus giving the 30 day window to return any unused tiles. Staff were helpful & courteous at all times.

Beautiful tiles and outstanding service

Searched for so long to find the right tiles and then found exactly what I wanted plus loads of others that I loved on Go Tiles. Great product but what was completely outstanding was the customer service, which was faultless. Very happy indeed.

Great company with fast communication and offering blue light discount. The tiles are lovely quality and could be cut well despite being a small slim tile. Delivery was good with lots of helpful communication

I ordered tiles from Go Tiles for a bathroom renovation, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The prices were really competitive (which was a big help sticking to budget!), and everything arrived exactly when they said it would—no delays or chasing up. The tiles look even better in person and have completely transformed the space. Great customer service, great value, and reliable delivery.

DON’T WALK RUN RUN RUN TO GOTILES

First Class Tiles & Customer Service!!!
Couldn’t fault anything from start to finish from ordering
Right through to the delivery process.
We had a box of broken tiles.
Got in touch with customer services and they were brilliant and just sent a replacement box out. No quibble. It’s so refreshing having customer service with no hassle.
Would definitely recommend to anyone!! And will be returning when we start our next project.
