Go tax refund, this is a thank you from me to you, especially to Laura and Sarah, it was a beautiful start and wonderful finishing, I got my refunds. Thank you.

I applied to Go Tax Refunds as I am a full time carer out in the field and they promised they could claim back some tax for me that I was entitled to.
After being paid out and Go Tax refunds took their ‘cut’ I was then contacted by HMRC to say that this company had claimed for taxes that I was NOT entitled to and have claimed too much for myself. HMRC are now saying I owe them £1800+ for claiming taxes that I wasn’t entitled to. Ofcourse this company will claim the MAXIMUM amount they can so they get a good ‘cut’ then aren’t there to help when everything falls through. As long as they got their payment they don’t want to know. I’m now left in £1800+ worth of debt with HMRC that adds interest on top also!!!
DO NOT USE GO TAX REFUNDS

They took forever to finish my refund and nothing was clear to me about their charges or how much refund they secured for me. There was no proof of communication from hmrc on verbal ' hmrc is asking for receipts'. Initially was told that I was going to get around £650 but only received £51 with no explanation on how we got there. Totally feeling the loss. Also people I referred were paid way before me but I got nothing
