Terrible customer service. My tracking hasn’t updated in ages and they are not replying to my emails. I will be getting my money back through my bank and claiming it as a fraudulent transaction.

I ordered an item that was over $200. I've contacted them multiple times but only have got back to me 2 times and said they would get back to me with a tracking number. Still nothing. This place is a scam and I am now out of $200. Learn from me and do not order from here. I spam them daily now just out of principal. even though I know I will never see order I placed.

Placed an order back in February
Have not received second item. Have sent multiple emails and have tried to contact through Facebook but haven’t heard anything back.

Don’t shop there, it’s expensive and your items will arrive after a long waiting time and even then the items don’t arrive the same as in the pictures. Disappointed

No reply in customer service. Order placed in February and still has not showed up.

the horrible site, sell fake goods

I placed my order in February and it’s July now...up to a week ago my order status was saying unfulfilled. Now it’s saying fulfilled but haven’t received anything tracking information for my order. I have tried getting in contact with someone many times within the last 4 months but no one has gotten back to me. Doesn’t look like I’m going to receive what I ordered. This site is a scam no doubt!!!

Scam. Horrible customer service. They never responded to my emails and didn't provide me info such as order numbers and tracking numbers. They also refused to take the items back when I tried to return them even though they were unopened and unworn. The items were terrible quality and looked nothing like they did online. Will never ever buy from here again and I suggest you don't as well.

I ordered and haven’t heard anything since. Poor customer service. Will be taking action to get refund ASAP

Hey so update on my previous review: my order DID actually come in (so i placed the order in april. And it came in the beginning of June). So the order itself was actually FINE! Like i checked to make sure if there were any flaws or rips or misspelled words or just about ANYTHING to indicate the order i got was a fake. My order was in PERFECT condition, so I will say i give them props for that and maybe I did get lucky! But I dont think I will order from this site again, only for the sole reason that their customer service is TERRIBLE and shady af, and whats weird is that when i called my bank to file a dispute against them for not getting my order, ON THAT SAME DAY they shipped my order out! So if it took that much effort just to get my order going, then no thank you! They did not ship within the 3-5 week time frame as they promised on their site and they do NOT respond back to you within those 24-48 hours on your inquiries.

DOES NOT EMAIL BACK EVEN IF ITS COVID THEY NEED TO KEEP US UPDATED AND THEY NEVER EMAILED BACK I’VE SENT ATLEAST 30 EMAILS

Ordered in February...not received it's now June1st....they won't email back and kept my money..

After 2 months I started emailing DAILY and no reply. Worst part is that my daughter has been waiting for this.

I got a $200 gift card for my 13th birthday, I found this website which I bought three items from, costing $50.00 I ordered these on April 9th 2020 and it's May 19 2020, they don't answer the phone either, I emailed them and waiting for a response but after reading the reviews, I'm probably sure I won't get a response or my items. :(

I received my item within a timely manner amid covid-19 shutdown. Item was as described and all emails were answered within 24hrs. Happy with service.

Ordered a super cute hoody, for it never to arrive :( Looks like I'm not alone.

Not even one star. I ordered a shirt three months ago, and they said there would be a delay in the orders for up to a week. I was okay with that, but a month later I emailed them saying I just wanted a tracking number like how they promised me, and i never received one. I went on their website and emailed them again through there, and emailed them a couple more times. 3 months later and I have gotten no responses and one of the email accounts has me blocked. Don’t buy from this website!!! They are a scam

Would like to give zero stars. They are crooks who steal your money and never respond to your inquiries. Do not purchase a thing from this website. Spread the word!!!
