Excellent customer service - very quick responses. The whole end to end service from GOT2Travel is outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Jo Looked after us from the minute we booked with great advise and kept in touch while we were away - contacted the hotel when we had an issue and got it sorted Straight away ! We will definitely use their services again for all of our holidays

I’d messaged Charlotte in a panic trying to find a holiday for the Easter break with only 3 weeks to go. The options were limited with dates and also availability. I’d mentioned we really wanted to go to Mexico but didn’t think it was possible given the short notice and that there was 7 of us.
Despite the above she managed to make it work and her organisation is absolutely brilliant too. We can’t thank her enough and highly recommend 🥰🥰

Charlotte was fantastic helping us book a family trip to Disneyland. We came with a check list and she managed to source and schedule everything we asked for, all within budget! Highly recommend to all who want to book a magical trip to Disney!

I had briefed her on what I was looking for and a rough idea of dates, and she went away to do some exploration and came back with not only different options which ticked those boxes, but also went the extra mile to give her own POV on what might work well.

She made it super easy and was transparent in how she would approach it, which partners she would reach out to etc.

Charlotte completely took away the chore of finding a suitable place to holiday whilst attending an abroad wedding. The overwhelming need to find something good was made so easy by enlisting Charlottes help and expertise!
We simply exchanged a few back and forth emails with plenty of options after a quick brief of what I was after and where l was going. I couldn't recommend her services enough, it made my life 10x easier and it was a brilliant holiday! I will definitely be returning for help in the future!

Jo was amazing. She sorted our Canadian adventure within hours which meant we were able to enjoy a fabulous 2 week trip to Toronto, Niagra, Ottawa, Mount Tremblant and Montreal. Despite being a new client she put an itinerary together that suited our family down to the ground. When we had issues with a hotel she sorted it for us and went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t left out of pocket. Highly recommend Jo.

I highly recommend this business! I was invited on a girls trip to Copenhagen and was told it was being arranged by Got2Travel. Jo arranged everything - the airport transfers, hotel, restaurant bookings, tours and attractions. I was very impressed with her professionalism and customer service. GOT2Travel helped us book a 28 person golf tour. Jo was fantastic from start to finish, being available to lease the booking at any time she had great knowledge of available locations and her advice was key in choosing our destination.
Jo took all the hassle out of this big trip, from organising the flights, golf course booking as well as transfers and even a private yacht tour and dinner reservations.
In particular stress was reduced by Jo providing a trip itinerary as well as timings, also ensuring each individual member had there required documentation.

Lovely touch with a surprise welcome note and champagne on arrival, Jo stayed in contact with us throughout with updates and to ensure all went smoothly. Fabulous trip to Lake Como through Jo at got2travel.
We had a fabulous holiday that Jo from got2travel arranged for us, from the minute we left home and arrived at our destination every thing was taken care of. We had a great hotel in Lake Como, that was in a perfect location for restaurants, exploring and trips on the lake. We couldn’t recommend Jo highly enough, and will definitely be using got2travel again.

We booked a short break to ibiza with GOT2 travel .
Everything was perfect and Jo goes the extra mile even texting which gate our flight was leaving from . Highly recommend and gave no hesitation in using GOT2 travel again .
