Working with Tommy Gunn. His patience was/is beyond exemplary as it took several hours to resolve multiple issues with my credit cards. I actually had to travel to my bank twice where Tommy and I were on speaker phone with the teller while she was on the phone with the card management personnel. He was not only patient, but also kind, funny and personable.

Looking for a Scotland and Ireland tours for an upcoming vacation. Found So Scottish Tours through a Facebook link. Within 24 hours, Tommy contacted me with both a text and email. After several attempts for a telephone call, we connected and discussed my plans. Tommy asked pointed questions to ensure he understood my requirement and then provided information on several tours that met my expectations. He answered all my questions and made excellent suggestions. I subsequently booked a combination Scotland and Ireland tour. Tommy provided great customer service and is a credit to his company.

I have been working with Maria and have been so impressed with her patience and helpfulness in organizing an itinerary that would accommodate the wishes of my granddaughter (24) and myself. Additionally, she was so pleasant and cheerful on the telephone even when I kept making changes to the plan.
