Most appalling customer service ever experienced
Took payment but sent product I did not order. On informing seller if this, seller refused to send product ordered until proof of return of incorrect item provided. When proof provided and refund requested, as bought what I wanted elsewhere, refused to refund until they received incorrect item. Worst customer service I have experienced. Breach of consumer rights and contract.
