They did a great job with the planning of the trip, the hotel selections, and they were able to accommodate some last minute changes we had requested. We would definitely recommend Go Real Travel and we will be using them for future trips.

Just returned from a 10 day trip to Europe (Salzburg, Prague and Munich). I used Martin and team and could not be happier. They gave me some excellent advice on the front end about locations and timing, arranged hotels for me to choose from, car services, train tickets and private tour guides - it was an amazing trip. In addition they were available and responsive the entire time with last minute questions and requests - highly recommend them and have already started planning my next trip with them.

The Canadian Contingent (4 travellers from Toronto) booked a trip with GoRealTravel Fall 2025 to Prague, Vienna and Budapest. We were looking for a more independent travel experiece (not a tour group) but still desired recommentations and to have the transportation and accommodation details taken care of. That's what we got and more! We appreciated working with Martin and the team to create an itinerary that was custom designed for us. The guide seemed daunting at first but it was very helpful as we wandered through the cities on our own. What we liked...getting to experience various methods of transportation to move between locations, the hotels could not be better located, we walked everywhere. The local guides at each city were great, providing cultural colour, history, and recommendations for eating and shopping. Lots of free time to explore on our own and have adventures. We loved all three cities but Prague was our favourite. Overall, a wonderful way to travel. Thanks GoRealTravel.

The supports staff and account manager are all very knowledgable and responsive. They created the itinerary perfect for me and my daughters. I was able to call account manager during my travel in Germany and Austria. She is very helpful for all my questions.

We have used Go Real Travel 3 times now. They have arranged outstanding holidays each time for us. The itineraries they provide are great and they work very hard with you to develop the itineraries. All the hotels they have arranged for our stays have been great. Go Real Travel arranged train, bus, and private transport for us, which made the trips much easier to do. The tour guides they arrange (if requested) have all been excellent. We highly recommend Go Real Travel for anyone’s travel needs.

When planning our trip to Croatia and Slovenia, we were looking for something that would handle the planning for us, but we didn’t want to travel with a group. Go Real turned out to be the perfect solution. We worked with Myles who had experience traveling in the area and gave us good suggestions on what we might be interested in seeing. We modified the initial itinerary to fit our interests and time frame. All the accommodations were as stated (we chose the 3-4 star option). Every driver showed up on time and was pleasant and friendly. All the private tour guides were knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The agents contacted us with information along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend GoReal Travel. We would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to our friends.

Go Real Travel planned a trip for us through Central Europe (Prague, Salzburg, Vienna & Budapest), and we were really pleased with everything. The highlight for us was the private guided walking tour on our first day in each city. The guides were all amazing and it helped gives us a better understanding of how to get around and what to focus on. Everything was planned through the app which provided an itinerary of things to do and places to see, and was flexible. They provided directions and details on each attraction which was awesome. They also included some helpful tips and insights that helped us know what to prebook and other key things we should know. Their hotel selections very great and well located. Overall they really listened to what we wanted and planned a lovely trip.
We really did enjoy the trip and would probably travel with them again. That said, there were a few things that we didn’t really like, lack of communication and lack of transparency on pricing. Once we booked and paid our deposit, there was minimal to no communication from them until 4 days before our trip, letting us know they had uploaded some of our tickets. I had reached out two weeks prior to our departure and never heard back. We did hear from them once during our trip as they needed to verify the timing of flight, but other than that, nothing. There was also a last minute swap on one of our guided tours because the original guide was ill. We were informed by the guide of this, but no communication from the company. We ended up not doing our second guided tour because of this change. I emailed the team to ask if we’d be refunded for the canceled tour and never heard back from them. Finally, while we felt that the cost of the trip was reasonable it would have been nice to have more details on their pricing breakdown. When I asked about that I was told they couldn’t provide it because of privacy with the third party partners they use.
Overall I want to reiterate that it was a really well planned trip which we thoroughly enjoyed. I’m pretty certain we couldn’t have planned it as well as they did. The two cons I mentioned did not negatively impact our experience, but were more pet peeves I suppose.

Everything planned went off without a hitch. Rides arrived on time and were excellent. Timing was accurate and the guides were very good. Our guide at the Rijks, Chris Page, was exceptional with the art tour coming with appropriate bits of historical background sprinkled in. The City tour guide, "Guido" was most pleasant. The hotels were also good and very well located as we had requested.

Prague>Vienna>Budapest has been on my bucket list forever. I finally made the dream become a reality when I contacted Go Real Travel and Myles connected with me. My initial interaction with Myles made me jump on the trip pretty immediately. He is so knowledgeable about the region and made me feel very comfortable with his ability to build the ideal trip for my family and me. It was so good that one of my friends and her family ultimately went on this Eastern European trip with us. We had a near perfect 10 days of travel, with two train rides, wonderful 5-star hotels, reliable transportation and everything in between that was planned for us by GRT. Their website and itinerary were easy to review and follow. Myles provided superior customer service throughout our experience with GRT. I just cannot say enough about my experience with him. I will definitely use them again for our next vacation. They are now my "GO TO" company for worldwide travel. I'm very impressed!

Our Customized trip with Go Real Travel was a great success and unforgettable experience.  We started the trip from Budapest right after we debarked from the most scenic cruise sail from Amsterdam.  We enjoyed the stays in the hotels along the way up to Athen. The Bestwestern In Ljubljana we lived in gave us a surprise. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.  Right beside our hotel was an old castle. Our windows and balcony are leveled with the castle top statues as if we lived in the medieval environment.  We could sit in rooms and enjoy the views.  The stay in Dubrovnik - Iva Dulcica, was a resort setup,  the swimming pools are huge and ocean views beautiful. We lived in a total of 9 different hotels in 9 beautiful cities.  Generally speaking we are happy with each one of them though some are old but their services and breakfasts were good.Go Real Travel arranged tour activities are awesome!  We explored each city on our own and also enjoyed the arranged distant ancient historical sites and local family visits.  We learnt the history of the Eastern European countries and experienced the local people's feelings and their life.  Seeing with our own eyes, we realized how splendid and influential the medieval remains still are!  All the scenes are shockingly magnificent and unforgettable!During the whole trip we were assisted by the nice people from Go Real Travel.  Starting from the first day we contacted them, each staff enthusiastically helped us with what we wanted and how we wanted our trips to be.   They put efforts into getting what we hoped and cared about our feelings of thriftiness on money.   Their assistance was very prompt.  When in Venice, we almost missed the arranged Gondola boat.  In that urgent moment, Amy answered the call and helped us out and we enjoyed the ride and had a happy day trip.  Samantha was a great help too.  She helped finalize the trip schedule and made this once in lifetime trip possible.  Samia is also a nice girl who spent a lot of time with us checking the itinerary.   Last but not the least,  Mr. Martin Wagner should be mentioned for his great efforts in arranging our trips in Grace, to which it is a brand new market for Go Real Travel.   We were very happy in Santorini and Athens.  All the arrangements showed your care and good taste.  We appreciated his time and hard work.
To help improve, I also would like to mention a few points that we encountered frustrations.  While we were on the trip, maybe due to the fact Go Real Travel APP was just starting to use, we found it a little bit awkward in finding all the ticket information from the APP before the next day.  For a few times the tour information was updated late in the APP so we didn't get the pre-purchased tickets until after we bought our own. Like in Venice we couldn't know that the 2-day transportation passes were there until the second day we found out.  So were the Gondola rides tickets. If later the APP can have an alter or notification for the next day that would be perfect.Though staff are working diligently, they still forgot to inform us of non-paid breakfast.  But this was resolved eventually by a refund of the 2-day's cost of breakfasts. On the whole, GRT is a trustworthy service provider.  With their help we have fulfilled our dream of touring Eastern Europe.  I highly recommend using Go Real to plan your next trip.

Excellent experience before, during and after our two week adventure in Europe. And, the newly updated Go Real Travel app made the second half of the trip even more seamless. Wonderful, the one word that encompasses our Go Real Travel experience. We selected GRT based solely on their internet reviews. From the first email conversation to the after-trip follow up call, their performance was outstanding.
This was my first trip to continental Europe and knew I wanted help with planning. We like to freelance and didn’t want to be in a larger group. GRT listened to what we had in mind, then designed a trip around that live conversation.
We traveled for 2 weeks with stops in Munich, Salzburg, Interlachen and Lake Como. GRT made excellent hotel choices and arranged travel between the locations. This included airport pickup and drop off, rail passes and top of line auto transportation.
A real treat for me were the private tours arranged at each location. It was just the tour guide, Christy and I. The guide would meet us at our hotel in the morning for a two hour walking tour with lots of colorful information. It’s a great introduction to the area and gives you plenty of time to explore on your own.
GRT is available at any time through WhatsApp although we didn’t have to use them, it was reassuring to know they were there..
So if you’re like us, and were wondering if we should go this route, just do it! We made a great decision. Will definitely travel with them again.

We were all in our 70's and 80's, but very active. From the very start, every conversation was instantly professionally responded. Go Real Travel worked with our group of 8 to manage our desired itinerary. The guides, hotels and transportation worked like a well oiled machine. The guides were fun, informative and extremely adaptable. The transportation was ready when we were, the hotels - as requested were all very nice 4 stars in desirable locations - most within walking distance of where we needed to be. We used Go Real Travel for Slovenia and Croatia. I would highly recommend their services. I searched the internet prior to booking with Go Real. They had high remarks and lived up to their reputation. I would definitely use them again for another world trip.

I booked my first trip to Italy (and Europe, in fact) through GoRealTravel and it was a great customer experience. Martin and the team provide great recommendations and accommodations on relatively short notice (7 days before departure). The support team was also quick to respond to my inquiries throughout my trip. Martin also took the time to meet me via video call before and after my trip to listen to my requests and my feedback.
