I recently worked with Matt as my mortgage advisor, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better support.

When I first called him, I expected to be told that buying a house wasn’t possible yet and that I’d need to wait another year. I didn’t understand the process at all. But after just a 15‑minute conversation, Matt explained everything clearly and simply, and for the first time I felt confident enough to move forward.

Throughout the whole journey, he kept me updated the moment anything changed. His communication was outstanding — every question I had was answered straight away, and he always made sure I understood what was happening and why.

Throughout the whole process everything was made easy, explained well to us efficiently and response time was incredibly fast. Matt kept us in the loop at all times and even after we had our offer constantly checked wether there were better rates up until the end. Actually getting the offer was made so simple by Matt, especially being self employed, I found any worries i may have had were taken away completely after discussing with him!
