Amazing!!!! They are so so so so tasty. Very moreish 100% recommend

Amazing company, the dough itself is amazing, but the customer service is second to none! I accidentally ordered for the wrong delivery date, but a quick email and they fixed it for me straight away. A lady called Cath dealt with my issue and fixed it super quick! They were out of stock of one of the dough’s I’d ordered and Cath emailed me see what I’d like to replace it with which is much nicer than getting a mystery flavour!

THE BEST PURCHASE IVE MADE! The cookie dough was so thick and indulgent in flavour, I will definitely buy again!

Firstly, their customer service is excellent. They keep you up to date on the status of orders, which I have found are usually dispatched quicker than advertised. One Friday evening I had a very minor issue with their website and submitted a contact form, not expecting a response until at least the following Monday.

However, I received a personal reply from Olly — co-founder of the company — a mere five minutes later. He was very friendly and immediately advised on the issue. I was incredibly impressed with this level of customer service!

They offer five flavours as their permanent core range, as well as introducing four unique limited edition flavours approximately every two months, which consumers can vote for if they sign up to the mailing list. These are available as part of various bundles including a ‘Try Them All Hamper’ and the option to pick and mix tubs. The company guarantee that the dough will arrive at least two weeks before its best before date and, in my experience, it is usually closer to a month. Additionally, the dough freezes and defrosts exceptionally well, and the airtight tubs are great for re-using or recycling.

The website advertises “the most luxurious gourmet ingredients”, which are definitely evident in the dough’s divine taste and texture. Generally speaking, the amount and distribution of mix-ins are excellent, meaning that the tubs are enjoyable down to the last mouthful. Occasionally I have had minor issues such as one very grainy batch and the odd tub lacking mix-ins, however, out of the 86 tubs I have eaten thus far, I have only ever been a tad disappointed with four of them. An immense satisfaction rate of 95% is a darn good statistic! Even on the rare occasion when the product is not its usual best, this is only in relation to the incredibly high standards set by the brand itself. For reference, I tried a competitor’s cookie dough before said competitor went out of business, and even the ‘worst’ Snackcidents product is far superior in both quality and taste to anything from the other company.

As Trustpilot is to share experiences relating to company credibility rather than to express specific product opinions, I shall refrain from giving flavour reviews. Furthermore, most of them are so different from one another that it is hard to compare them and say which is best. I definitely have my favourites (the limited edition Reese’s Peanut Butter and the Triple Choc Fudge) but I have never had one I didn’t like. The doughs can be eaten raw but can also be heated in the microwave, oven or air-fryer. I usually prefer them straight from the tub but sometimes a hot, gooey cookie dough skillet just hits the spot! I definitely recommend experimenting with different methods and different flavours, as some bake/heat better than others, but I always find them delicious no matter how they are consumed.

I have seen the company criticised for being ‘overpriced’; I do not believe this is accurate. Firstly, the products are incredibly high quality, so obviously you should expect to pay for this accordingly. Secondly, this is a small business so is naturally going to have to charge a little more than a large corporation might. But with this you get a much more personalised service and the pleasure of knowing you are helping real people make a living doing what they love. Furthermore, they often offer deals including multi-buy offers, promotional discount codes, and free gifts, meaning that the tubs often work out substantially cheaper than their original price.

The website can occasionally be a bit glitchy with discount codes but I have always been able to sort this out with a bit of fiddling and refreshing the basket. And, based on my experience with them, I have faith that Olly and the team would be happy to assist should I not be able to resolve issues myself.

Another criticism I have seen launched at Snackcidents is people wanting ‘normal’ dough rather than vegan, as the doughs themselves are all plant-based, with the only thing making some variants unsuitable for vegans being their mix-ins. To these people I say that the product is definitely not any poorer for the omission of dairy and eggs. My father tends to wrinkle his nose at vegan food and blindly insist that things made with animal products are invariably better. However, he thoroughly enjoyed Snackcidents dough and only knew it was vegan when I told him afterwards. I think that having so many vegan options is great as it allows more people to enjoy the product, including those with allergies.

Overall, this is probably my very favourite small business and one that I am happy to be a regular customer of. I highly recommend Snackcidents, both for their delicious products and their friendly, efficient customer service. Thank you Olly, Anja and Team!

Brilliant flavours, the vegan ones are just as tasty as the rest, great for those with allergies who don’t want to feel like they are missing out on great cookies. Easy to make and the mini tubs are a perfect size for an after dinner treat.

Edited: excellent customer service. My order was replaced and have to say I'm in love with the flavours I've tried so far, and can't wait to try the summer flavours :-)

So I ordered £60 of cookie dough to get 12 large tubs.
I've only tried a couple of the flavours so far and they have been nice both cooked and uncooked. I'm still trying to get the correct amounts for cooking as it took a lot longer to cook than the time stated on the tub, however I wasn't sure how much to use.

I had an issue with delivery, which is down to DPD rather than the company. 2 parcels being delivered the same day by the same company but for some reason 2 different drivers. One stashed my parcel behind my bin in the mud, despite there being someone home. When I got home and found it the box was crawling with bugs inside. However the cookie dough was sealed so not too much of an issue. The second delivery person, same day apparantly couldn't find my address. (later checked my ring doorbell and he walked past my house TWICE.) so several days later when I recieved my cookie dough it was warm. I'm a bit particular about food so I lost some enjoyment as although I decided I would eat it, I have had that niggling thought each time that I wonder if it is safe.

Snackcident did chase this up very quickly for me when I messaged, I was given a £5 voucher (which I probably won't get to spend as £60 of cookie dough will last me a while, and I wouldn't spend just £5 when that would cost me p&p)

I also got a new customer 10% discount on next order but this had a very short time to spend it. And again, after buying £60 of cookie dough I'm not going to want to spend anymore that quickly. I've not even tried most of the flavours yet.

On the whole, the cookie dough was good. Customer service was good. But the delivery time and the cookie dough arriving warm has made me wary of the product I'm eating so probably won't order again.

Great price and even better flavours, it’s difficult to find enjoyable deserts that are milk free and these are top tier.

Wonderful! I got the classic chocolate chip flavour and it was excellent, it tastes very similar to the Ben and Jerry's snackable cookie dough that you buy in the little bags, but it's vegan. I will definitely be trying the other flavours!

The customer service was also excellent. DPD delivered by order to the wrong location, and so it unfortunately spoiled. DPD are borderline impossible to contact, so I contacted Snackcidents about it. This was on a Saturday, and I got a reply first thing (literally about 7am) Monday morning from Cath, who arranged a replacement delivery that same morning, and it arrived the next morning! Super impressive level of efficiency, so thank you very much to Snackcidents, and to Cath!

Got say friendly customer service, and fast delivery since I did order over bank holiday weekend. Array taste so far only tried small vanilla choc chip and I was pleased with it. Got few try later and got some bigger tubs, small business hopefully grow to bigger successful one. Will order again try some other flavours.

I purchased the vanilla funfetti cookie dough tub as part of a birthday present for my daughter who is a big fan of cookie dough. The dough arrived well packed with cooling pads to keep the product call and fresh. Would highly recommend Snackcidents and would not hesitate to purchase more products in the future. Thank you 😊

I ordered the mini tub try them all multi pack as a treat for my kids & husband in place of Easter eggs. It didn’t think to cross my kind about expiry dates etc before ordering so we had an early Easter treat. Honestly the tubs were smaller than expected but also honestly you couldnt eat anymore than a tub in one go without feeling sick lol. 1 mini tub was enough for one ravenous teenager/husband to eat half raw and semi bake the other half later to eat with a dollop of ice cream. Verdicts - 10 yr old favourite was the confetti. 16 yr old favourite was the mini egg- she says she couldn’t physically see the mini eggs so was disappointed in that but equally was yummy. This daughter is autistic so expectations vs reality can be left disappointed. The 17 yr old loved the kinder bueno. My favourite was the white chocolate whilst the husband liked the double or was it triple chocolate? The tubs are also super handy to reduce reuse and recycle. They are the perfect size for filling with fruit to go in lunch boxes. Overall the cost means we couldn’t be regular customers but special occasion customers instead. Would recommend ☺️☺️

Rich, sweet and indulgent treats. Yum! Only recently discovered you can bake them too- duh me. Although enjoyable, I won't be purchasing again as they're quite expensive!

While the small company itself seem nice enough, I can't say the same about their products.

The site visuals for the cookie doughs are enticing and look to taste like freshly made cookie dough from the bowl but the reality of them is sadly the opposite. Packed into plastic containers like slabs of smooth playdough (which they somewhat taste like too) is a far cry from the tasty, sugar crystal-filled cookie dough presented on site, the flavours range from average to inedible.

I tried almost all the flavours (at time of offering): Red Velvet, Triple Choc Chip, Gooey Choc Chip, Creamy Hazelnut (Bueno), Carrot Cake Batter and Crushed Mini Egg. I got a bundle of 8 flavours (500g per tub) of my choice at around £42. Around the same price of a tub of Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream per tub. Pricey, but understandable. They did throw in a small 150g free gift of a random flavour.

Sadly, only the carrot cake flavour was enjoyable. The red velvet was particularly nasty, tasting nothing like its namesake and far too sweet with these bizarre chemical-tasting white sugar paste chips. The chocolate flavours barely tasted of chocolate. I expected a rich, cocoa flavour not unlike that of brownie batter but the only thing chocolate about them was the colour.

But the worst part of the cookie doughs is a persistent chemical tang not unlike that of playdough. Red velvet was by far the worst offender but it was distinguishable in all flavours. I think the strong spices of the carrot cake masked it for that flavour making that one somewhat tasty.

The texture of the doughs were disappointing too. Cookie dough has a distinctive gritty texture given by the solid sugar and flour, but Snackcidents' cookie dough all have a very soft smooth texture that doesn't feel particularly pleasant especially when combined with that chemical taste.

Lastly, all the doughs are said to be bakable, either as cookies, or as gooey, dessert parlor-like treats. I tried this for each flavour. The results were poor. Flavour was lost, or not sweet enough, or outright repulsive (Red Velvet) and as cookies they were always crunchy like a biscuit. Given they are marketed as edible raw cookie dough I am not too bothered by this but I absolutely don't recommend these doughs to make cookies.

There was one noteworthy exception: Carrot Cake Batter made a decent crunchy spiced biscuit. But certainly not of premium quality as the price would suggest.

Unfortunately I wouldn't order from here again. For the price of a tub of Ben and Jerry's Ice cream, I'd rather just have Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream: whose cookie dough is far tastier than what I experienced from Snackcidents.

Quick delivery and thank god as the cookie dough was sensational! Bought the best sellers and omg, so yummy! The best I’ve ever tasted and the little tubs are just enough. The white chocolate and raspberry and hazelnut ones are *chefs kiss

First time we tried these pots of cookie dough and it is amazing, just enough in the little tubs and every flavour has been spot on. 👌 would 100% recommend this to anyone.
