Limassol branch. The burgers are awful. the manager and staff are incompetent and rude.
They huddled together to gossip about me and my son. All we did was order food. And they thought because we’re not Cypriot it was ok to laugh at us.
Worst experience in any food establishment I’ve ever had. Worst burgers I’ve ever had. I contacted customer service and they said my complaint wasn’t valid. They deserve -10

Lovely burgers in taste flavour and great service. Beats McDonald's hands down.

The club sandwich was made with very small buns and minimal mayonnaise, the fries were miserable, really the 8.40 euros including the soft drink weren't even worth it.

Μακαρι αυτο να το διαβαζει καποιος του καταστηματος. Γενικα λατρευω goodys, αλλα οι τιμες σας πια ειναι γελοιες. Ειστε fast food, και με 10 ευρω το μπεργκερ με πατατες ο κοσμος απλα θα σταματησει να αγοραζει, απο τη στιγμη που υπαρχει το mcdonalds πχ που η τιμη ειναι στο μισο. Ειναι κριμα να κλεισει η επιχειρηση γιατι ειναι ελληνικη και ποιοτικη, αλλα με αυτες τις τιμες, που τις αυξανετε και συνεχεια... δεν το βλεπω να πηγαινει καλα. Εμενα προσωπικα που αγοραζα goodys 1 φορα μινιμουμ στις 2 εβδομαδες με χασατε παντως... ακου η σιζαρς 9,70...... απο εκει που την αγοραζαμε 4-5 τη μεγαλη πριν λιγα χρονια..

Sadly I would give this place a minus star rating.
Firstly,why anybody would even consider opening a burger place nearly next door to a major contender is crazy.
Walked in too many staff just standing around.
Zero atmosphere in the restaurant.
The two servers had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever.
Ordered a cheese burger, fries. Both cold, tasteless with no flavour.
Definitely not as the images they advertise!
They were the cheapest, most disgusting, bad quality burgers from some cheap frozen place.
I will be really surprised if this place is even still open on two months.
The Manager needs to do his job and apply some managerial skills quickly.
Don't waste your money.

I used the burger bar in Chania airport, the queue was slow moving, the franchise was under staffed, one of the staff I witnessed climbing onto one of the machines and while I was in the queue worked out that this was the burger cooking machine, the member of staff I believe was pushing burgers through possible due to a fault. I got my food eventually the burger was barely cooked, when I got home I had 4 days of being very unwell with a food related vomiting bug. And the burger is the only thing I can put it down too.

Honestly would give no stars ! Endless wait for food and then delivery of a cold burger . No apology. Was replaced but tried to make you feel appreciative that you hadn’t paid twice . Lucky me . Never ever again . Don’t waste your time or money .

Δεν παραδόθηκε ποτέ η πληρωμή μου παραγγελία,που έγινε ηλεκτρονικά, παραδόθηκε σε άλλη διεύθυνση και ειδοποιήθηκα από τον άνθρωπο που παρέλαβε τι φαγητό μου.Μου μίλησαν με ύφος από το κατάστημα της Αργυρούπολης, δεν ζήτησαν συγνώμη, δεν παρέλαβα την παραγγελία νου,έμεινα νηστικη και δεν ξέρω πότε θα πάρω τα χρήματα μου πίσω
