I went to get advise on my pensions and I was made to feel relaxed from the start, Steve is excellent at explaining finances in a way that you can understand clearly and feel comfortable with, you don't feel like you are being pressured into anything. I was very satisfied with the service that is provided and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Known Steve on a personal level, as well as him advising on our financial affairs, longer than i can remember. Financial queries and worries are always a minefield for many less informed people, and there is always the worry you are being exploited. You can have no concerns with Steve, Josh or the rest of the team, they can be trusted implicitly, act with 100% integrity and represent this industry, which as everyone knows is fraught with many untrustworthy individuals, with the utmost professionalism. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone looking for honest financial advice, be it investment, savings, mortgages, pensions or other financial transaction. Personally i don't entertain anyone else, as for me trust and honesty is everything, and alongside that is the fact history tells me that their financial advice is second to none.

I am a new client of Steve's and have been very impressed with the service so far. I've transferred 2 old pensions into a private pension and Steve spent a lot of time making sure we chose the right funds for me and made a process I've been putting off so easy! There is no hard sell, just what feels like a genuine desire to provide a good level of service in an area which is so complex and overwhelming to those not immersed in it every day. I am a very small client of his in terms of financial investment but I am not made to feel like I'm any less of a client and will be coming to Steve for more investments in the future once I have some savings to speak of!

Very friendly service - not pushy at all, allows us to assess options and gives us time to think stuff through. She runs through all scenarios and helps paint a clear picture of the options to people that aren’t too sure what to watch out for. Easily accessible, most of the time responds to messages instantly which is very helpful when crunch time arises!

Amey was very friendly and welcoming. She explained everything clearly for a new person looking at mortgages.
Amey was flexible with trying to find the mist suitable and appropriate mortgage re the housing issues at the time. Amey explained all the options available to us using the appropriate level of communication, and she didn't worry how many questions we fired at her in the meeting or via email.
