Where to start with Amey!? She has been the most comforting, supportive and understanding mortage advisor. She goes above and beyond to help lay any worries to rest, and has been there for us the whole process. We couldn't have asked for more from her. She went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful!

I couldn't have received a better service. There was a lot I didn't know about the services I required but I encouraged and welcome to ask any questions I had. Generally I would feel like an inconvenience asking questions but I did not feel this way while working with Goodwin Financial Services. The advisor I was working with specifically, Amey S, was the highlight and the true hero of my experience. She was very kind, welcoming and understanding and never made me wait too long for a response to one of my many questions I had for her.

From the outset both Steve & Aaron were there to advise and help. Despite some issues that were nothing to do with them they were there doing everything to help and get the job done. I would recommend them without hesitation. Professional and friendly, what more can you ask for. Thanks again guys.

Amey takes all the worry, stress and burden and manages the whole thing. From advising us our review is due in plenty of time, to discussing all our options in a clear and precise way, through to making the changes and submitting the paperwork.

Where do I begin. Amey Sinfield is amazing and the best mortgage advisor I have come across in the industry (I would know working in the construction industry). She is extremely passionate about her job too. This is my third time I am dealing with her and she is extremely available and goes above and beyond. Goodwin are extremely lucky to have such a knowledgeable great asset. Even though I am not a first time buyer she really explains everything in great detail and always outlines the options out for you. Highly recommend her. Amey is the best mortgage adviser anyone could ask for! She's always makes remortgaging easy by finding a range of mortgages to suit my needs, is able to cut through all the jargon and explain very clearly what everything means, and has gone above and beyond by being organised and locking me into a new deal months in advance while at the same time monitoring the market and letting me know if there are better deals for me.
Excellent customer service and I can't rate her highly enough

With the worrying interest rate rises over the last few years I was absolutely dreading the mortgage renewal and the impact it may have on our family life. In steps Amey, she was frank and honest about the current market conditions but assured me that we would find the right solution. Amey tracked the market closely over a good period of time and knew exactly when to strike to give us the best deal possible for our situation. Locking us into the right deal at exactly the right time. Even my previous mortgage provider was suprised that we got the rates secured as it wasn’t available for long and since Amey secured it for us the rates have gone back up. I’m so glad I trusted her with securing us a deal and I wholeheartedly recommend her service, il be back next time that’s for sure!
