Couldn't use more than a handful of times as it was causing jaw pain and a click, extremely uncomfortable to use. Gave this feedback and the company called to enquire about it, only to say that the drawback of their $149 product (which is essentially the same technology as a $14 boil and bite sports mouthguard) is that its not as comfortable as their far more expensive dentist-fitted product. I feel as if the follow up call was aimed at upselling me their more expensive product because the first one failed, so no solution was reached even though they offer a 14 day money back guarantee (which i have missed, since I wanted to try the product multiple times after spending $150 on it to see if i could get any helpful use out of it. No mention of honoring the notion they have so much trust in the product that they would offer money back.
It also was not effective at reducing snoring while also being so uncomfortable to use- so repeated use for 14 days may have caused me more significant jaw issues that would have had to been followed up with physio/osteo work, all for not much result. Bit dissapointed with it all and now just searching the product seen its been offered at $50 under the retail price listed on their website, at the supermarket and Big W which feels like the whole thing is just a huge rip off if they can still make money of of it $50 down from their own listed price.
