Hello, I'm very sorry to hear you're unhappy and that you were charged import duty, however, please be assured that we inform all our customers at checkout that they may be subject to import duty, this is also repeated in our confirmation email. We're sorry you missed that and we've taken steps to make this more visible to our customers.
The good news is that we do not charge any sales tax on our end, ensuring you are not double taxed and that any tax you pay is in line with what you would pay locally at any shop.
Please understand we cannot entertain demands for money to pay your taxes as a matter of company policy, even if that means a negative review.
