Nicola, we're sorry the dress you ordered was out of stock, unfortunately this sometimes happens. You were refunded on the same day you purchased the item and you received an email from us stating such. We appreciate your frustration but unfortunately, we have no control over how long it takes your bank to put the money back into your account. Mr Jordan, you have reviewed the wrong company. We do not have an online chat at this time so we couldn't not of spoken to you through one and we take strong offence to being called a scam company as our countless 5 star reviews will show we are nothing of the sort. You are not a customer of ours, nor have you ever been one and as you are based in the UK and we only trade within Ireland you could not of had any business dealings with us. We have made several attempts to contact you to get to the bottom of this review but as you refuse to converse with us we can only come to the conclusion that it is you that is the scam artist. We have reported your review to Trustpilot as scam reviews such as yours can be extremely damaging to companies like ours.

The problem I had was I live in London wanted to send my niece in Ireland the voucher but had to send it to my email and then forwards it to my niece . But the good news is it’s great I can now send vouchers to my family.

Excellent customer service
A good price and the items were suitably packaged and expedited speedily. On a previous occasion, I had ordered something that was out of stock. I placed the order late at night and due to a computer glitch at the time, it had been accepted. However, as soon as the shop opened the following morning, the error was detected by a staff member. Not only was my money refunded immediately, the staff member went to the trouble of telephoning me to explain what had happened and apologise. I was unable to take the call at the time, so she left a voicemail and followed it up with an email. When I rang the contact number later, she answered the phone promptly. It is lovely to experience such a high standard of customer service, one of the reasons why I like to support Irish businesses if at all possible.
