GWB have been great through a very tricky house sale. The whole team has always been friendly, patient, persistent, and on several occasions gone over and above to get the sale through. Would definitely recommend
We sold our house in April 2023 with Goodman Warren Beck. We first came across Charlie 4 years ago when we were looking for our first home and we’re struck by how he stood out compared to other estate agents we had showing us around. Unfortunately the house we went on to buy wasn’t sold with GWB however we knew that when we would be looking to move again that we would go back to use Charlie to sell, and we were right to as he didn’t disappoint.
Our house was sold within a week of being on the market and we were overwhelmed with offers. Once we had chosen a buyer, we were handed over to Jennie who we also met when searching houses. Again, the house we went on to buy was not with GWB as we went on to buy a new build, however the dealings with both Charlie and Jennie throughout the process had been second to none. We even managed to get from reservation to exchange within 45 days (alongside the help of our amazing solicitor who had been recommended to us by GWB).
We can not thank them enough, we had a stress free move and very grateful for the top service provided by the whole team!
It was very easy to do business with GWB. They were professional and courteous at all times. Most of my dealings were with Charlie. He’s very amiable, efficient and he knows his business. Oh, and he sold my house.

The team at GWB were helpful and friendly throughout the process of buying our house. A big shout out and thank you to Charlie who pulled out all the stops to prevent us being delayed with completion when we viewed the house a week before and discovered the boiler was leaking! By some miracle he managed to find us a plumber and get the work done with no delay to us moving in. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful for all he did and to be in our family home.

The team at GWB are amazing. Clear, honest, working hard to get the best for every party. They made our house move a delight. They felt like friends; cheer leading and supporting us all the way through the sale of our house. They were realistic about the flaws in our property and educated the viewers apropriately so time wasn't wasted with non genuine viewers. Their knowledge of the Chippenham housing market is second to none.
Charlie and rest of team were very professional and made the whole process easy from Start to finish. Makes a nice change in this day and age ! All moved and Happy
