Have been following organisations since the start and decided to join. I felt welcomed the whole time. There always someone there if you need help even if it after there opening time if they’re awake they help. They always looking for ways to improve. Have they made mistakes before, Yes but they continue to learn from those mistakes and improve.
I joined the company in April 2025, and the support has been amazing! I completed my PAT (Public Access Test) with Good Karma Assistance Dogs on Monday 26th May 2025 and on the day my nerves were calmed massively by Niko Aikman. He made sure that I knew the plan for the day and helped me out if I was unsure. This is the kind of support that I have received since April and I have loved it. I have found an organisation who is super supportive with everything, accepts people with any disability, gender, and everything.
They are so helpful and even offer me more support after passing my test, which I am really grateful for because it really shows that this organisation cares for their customers.
