Terrible customer service - I ordered online and received the wrong item. Goodhood said I had to pay to return the item and then refused to answer my emails. I’m stuck with a product that I don’t want. I will never use this company again.

I bought shoes at Goodhood and they arrived with the security tag . This happens but the mark of a good company is how they deal with it and they were brilliant. They replaced the shoes and gave me a discount. It was all just so smooth. I would definitely shop with them again

I always know I'll find special things at Goodhood, whether I'm looking for a gift or for myself. Over the years I've bought treasured items of clothing and unique homewares that are much admired. Always special, and the customer service reflects that ethos. Friendly, efficient, timely and packed with the care such precious finds deserve.

Purchased a Brain Dead hat and Earth People T-shirt.

Notified after purchase that the hat was not in stock (still continue to advertise on social media), and duly refunded. Gutted.

They offered a 10% discount code off the next purchase. Which is also offered to anyone first time online shopping.

The T-shirt was wet oversized and immediately returned for a smaller size. Whilst they have acknowledge it’s been received back, there has only been a ‘please allow 14 days to process your return request…. That was over a week ago. I don’t know if they have the smaller size or if it has been processed or sent out?

I like this store. It has a really good vibe, and really helpful people working there… I have visited, purchased and I love the range on offer. It needs to pick up things online.

Ordering was simple. Delivery was quick and received regular updates. The trainers fit perfectly. No complaints at all. Very happy.

They charge a lot for a delivery fee, if you need to return the item then it will incur another delivery charge.
