Totally a ripout. I ordered 6 pounds of persimmons and loquat....i received a pound of dried dates. They are giving me the runaround and have not regunded my money do not order from these scammers.

Quick, great quality and excellent customer service

Absolutely terrible experience with Good Hill Farm. I placed an order for persimmons and they sent dates instead — a completely different item. On top of that, the mushrooms I ordered arrived completely rotten, unusable, and foul-smelling.
Their customer service is essentially nonexistent. No replies, no follow-up, no attempt to fix their mistake. It feels like once they take your money, you're on your own.
I will be disputing the charges with my credit card, because this is unacceptable. If I could give them zero stars, I’d give them negative stars for this level of service and quality. Save yourself the frustration and buy from anywhere else.

They arrived spoiled and rotten. I wish I read their terrible reviews. They are overpriced and unwilling to do the right thing. I am out $88.00 and the fruit was thrown out. It was a gift for my handicapped sister. So disappointed. Her caregiver threw them out. They told the credit card company that I agreed to their terms. Where???? Don’t buy from them

Much of my fruit was a mystery to me since I got an exotic variety addition to my box and I did no rush shipping which gave me 5 pounds of fruit for free which is quite the deal, everything has been absolutely delicious so far, especially my yellow dragon fruit I ordered, but what surprised me the most were these dates that I got, I honestly thought I hated dates but they are my favorite thing from the box so far😋💕 absolutely would recommend anyone 10/10 will totally order when I can again so I can try some others that I haven't yet and get some more yellow dragonfruit and dates☺️💕

RIP-OFF and NOT ORGANIC! They list products in pounds so you don't know how ridiculously expensive it is, for example $69 for 2 mangos! They were not nearly as good as Sprouts.

They will be sneaky and add a $40 monthly subscription to your first order. They hope you don't catch it and they get a few months at $40. Make sure you cancel this asap!

The first delivery was left at the wrong house and was lost. Delivery driver left it at a house with same house number on a different street. Took 2 more weeks to get the order.

NOT WORTH IT, GO TO SPROUTS ORGANIC AND SAVE!

Delicious but one of the Mangoes was too ripe and bruised. Everything else was delicious

Crickets:

I just received my shipment of peaches purchased from you. I have to say that these are unfortunately the worst peaches I've ever had in my life. As a kid, my grandmother would drive us down to Centralia Illinois, to pick peaches from an orchard there. The peaches were extremely sweet, the flesh was pink and orange color, and they were absolutely delightful. However, the peaches that I received from you were hard and the meat was gray, and they were completely tasteless. I ordered peaches from you because I've always been disappointed with the peaches I get at the store to the point where I quit buying them. They were never any good. You claimed that your peaches were not like this. And you're right. They're much worse. I am really unsatisfied with this purchase. I'd like to send them back, but I don't think sending them back as practical since they are produce.
I am sorry I spent my money on them.
I wait your response.
To date I have heard nothing from them.
My experience is their customer service is nonexistent.
I told them I want my money back. But they will not even communicate with me.
