Jackson was very informative and thorough. He would pause and make sure you understood by asking relative questions to what information he went over. He would also take the time to explain the why behind what he was doing. He also asked if I had any questions or needed more explanations, frequently along the way. I am on my way to happy balanced joints. Being a nurse on my feet I know and understand the importance of proper alignment and the wear and tear it will save on the joints. I am impressed with the company’s mission to not only provide support and relief, but to also retrain and realign the body.

Jose! Jose was excellent at explaining the ins and outs of the Good Feet method of improving foot issues. We went in because my wife has neuropathy and foot issues. Jose took measurements and impressions of her feet and fixed her right up with the proper insoles. Well before we were out of there I got my feet checked and it turns out this could be ideal for me as well. I had knee replacement 9 months ago and with my other knee in need of repair at some point and the new knee, it turns out my feet weren’t where they need to be! So the two of us are happily leaving the store with new shoes, new insoles and a new beginning to foot health. Thank you Jose!

He also talked about his experience and reasons he worked at good feet store. And that was followed by his passion for helping people with their feet and problems. He was great at his job because of his personal experience with good feet store before he was and employee and now is passionate about what he does because of that belief. He treated us awesome and we were very blessed to have met him today.

My feet came back to life!
This was one wonderful visit with a knowledgeable and helpful staff! I walked in and Josh took me under his wing, discussed things about feet I didn’t know, scanned my feet, and explained why I am experiencing the foot discomfort I have. The starter kit made the most sense for me, to use with an upcoming hike in the Appalachian Trail, and will be coming back for a long-term solution I am comfortable with. It’s amazing how you don’t know how much discomfort or pain you have in your feet, until you try their therapeutic foot massager! I bought two, one for the office where I work, and another for my house for me and my husband to both enjoy and pamper our feet. You can literally feel the blood flow in your feet! Highly recommend the Manheim Pike location in Lancaster, PA. Go, you won’t be disappointed and glad you went! I am!

I felt love right away
I felt love right away. Jose is very comfortable to work with and talk to. I had zero problem. I only wish everyone was more like Jose. God has definitely worked in his life. Thank you for hiring him. I’ll actually miss his company. I’m a very personable person and can relate to this guy. I’ve learn to hide due to the way the world is today. 5 stars all the way.
