Very good customer service

great communication, and Polina went out of her way to make sure I received the fabric in time for an urgent deadline.... sadly the colour wasn't quite right but my fault for not ordering a sample, not theirs

Fantastic service

The Fabric is beautiful but the service was fast and I had a query about the pattern that featured the fabric and the reply came back in less than 24 hours.

Really lovely fabric

Really lovely fabric, delivered quickly, packaged well. Bought some sweatshirt fabric, matching ribbing and matching thread, and it sewed up beautifully. Would definitely buy again!
