Hi there, my mum recently got this company to quote and remove some rubbish from their house during their move and asked me to put this up.
Hi there, I just would like to say how amazing they were by understanding our circumstances with the whole moving process, with pricing and the two guys that came were very professional and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to do rubbish removal, nothing was a problem at all.

A job very well done
Dinesh and Talha arrived right on time and in about 30 mins much of the random surplus stuff that had filled the 2nd bedroom since I moved here 3 yrs ago was gone, thanks to the duo's well practised efficiency. Furniture and goods that I had thought for far too long that I still needed, I quickly realised that I didn't. Seeing a LOT of it go was great! Many thanks to Goodbye JUNK. I thoroughly recommend the company. 10/10, A+++

Very happy with their service
Very happy with their service, they were careful and efficient when removing our furniture. We will be getting them back when we finally move to take the rest of the old furniture away.

They’re very efficient. I requested a pick up and the oblidged with the short notice. No damage to anything whilst removing walls etc whilst removing the large pieces of junk I needed to remove. Friendly efficient trustworthy. I highly recommend their service

Was given a quote of 250 and you charge me over 500 and due to my time constraints I had no option but to go ahead.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re glad the team completed the job, and we’re sorry for any confusion about pricing.
When you called, we provided our rates, and our minimum service fee is $349, not $250. The final, no-obligation quote was provided onsite after the delivery team assessed the job and provided an estimate. 4 cubic meters of Household items need to be removed, hence the final price after quoting onsite was $540.
