Due to a slow sales month I contacted Nexi for a refund reconciliation. Ran into a communication snag initially with collections dept, but after reaching out for further assistance, I was immediately contacted by Jacklyn’s R (Sr. Solutions Consultant)- she was amazing. She was very responsive, informative, and patient. I appreciated her compassion and understanding towards my situation. I came into things very apprehensive and defensive after poor treatment from other lenders in the past. Jacklyne’s personalized approach really put me at ease in what was a pretty stressful situation. Many thanks to her.

Do not do business with this company!!!
They have attached a $42,000 default fee to my loan without my knowledge. I have not defaulted on this loan. All of my other lenders informed me that this company is horrible and aggressive.

Great communicator as she grinds away with work on the 4th of July returning my texts so can fund a large "reverse consolidation again." That's someone that cares. Karima and Diana reached out to my merchant for funding calls and we cleared stipulations together. Excellent work ethic and hustle. These women have been very professional for the past 2 transactions. They triple multi task and really stepped up to the plate with a second larger offer because my merchant consistently pays Fundamental, now Nexi after the rebrand. Thank you and I appreciate underwriting and all the support staff with Nexi. Deby in their accounting department even communicated positivity within 30 minutes of the transaction funding. Professional women just get the job DONE and Done period..... NEVER ARGUE WITH UNDERWRITING. GET YOUR PAYOFFS AND SOMETIMES THEY ARE LESS THAN YOU COMPLETED ON YOUR BALANCE GRID. NEXI PROVIDED A HIGHER OFFER AS WE GRINDED OUT GETTING CONTRACTS FROM THE MERCHANT.

The overcharged me for 1 daily transaction which is a big amount for me. Samantha Perez is sales person and she stopped responding me after I started making calls for overcharging me. The amount they overcharged was $ 168.
