Overall good, value to money but need some improvement in stitching's of sole, heel area is looks like little bit rough

Terrible fit - remade and still not right. Not happy AT ALL.

Their customer service is very great, so cooperative. They were keeping me updated about my order, at the last moment there was size issue which they resolved very quickly and happily as other brands take time for this and refused to repay us but you did.

Very bad service. I haven’t received refund payment. The product is also pretentious and showy rather than a quality, also overpriced.

Both the shoes i ordered were very poor quality and wrong size (too small) really disappointed

This is the 4th purchase made for my Husband and Son and Gomila delivered another excellent product and the service is outstanding! The team are responsive, helpful and provide guidance on sizing styles etc. Shoes received quicker than expected and team followed up to ensure I was happy with the purchase.

Great customer service by the contact person, the lady called Yasmin. Ordered a pair of boots which turned out a bit tight and a replacement pair was organised and delivered! For those in search of great quality, Gomila Intersole is the place to be!

I am so pleased with the superb quality of the shoes and the outstanding service provided by the team at Gomila Intersole. My sneakers and shoes were crafted to the highest quality and arrived in pristine condition. There was an issue with the delivery which was dealt with proactively and with utmost professionalism. I am so pleased with Gomila's products and level of service and cannot praise enough the integrity with which I was treated.

Had an issue with an order and flagged to company, a lovely lady called Yasmin handled my issue and came back with a resolution Immediately. All sorted with a week which was brilliant. Things go wrong all the time but it’s how companies resolve the issues is a good benchmark of its ethics. I would highly recommend this company and the quality of the shoes are amazing better than I thought.

باقی سب زبردست ہے جوتے آؤٹ کلاس ہوتے ہیں ایک تو انیس بيس کا رنگ کا فرق پڑ جاتا ہے جیسے ابھی میں ایک بلیو کلر کا جوتا بنوایا آپ کی تصویر میں وہ ڈارک بلیو تھا لیکن جب بن گیا تو وہ لائٹ بلیو تھا لیکن وہ بھی زبردست تھا اور قیمت بہت بھڑ تی جا رہی ہے سر وہ تھوڑی کنٹرول کرے سر میرے جیسے بندے کی رینج سے باہر ہوتے جا رہے ہیں اب مجھے 5 سے 6 آرٹیکل پسند ہیں لیکن بجٹ میں نہیں آ رہے ہیں تھوڑا سا اس پر غور کرے راؤ عتیق۔ فروم اوکاڑہ

Nicely made shoe. the rubber sole could have been made a bit more thicker though, at least 1.25 inches.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with Yasmin, very professional and to the point and the ability to phone at any time when you have questions or would like an update is a real gift that not many companies provide.

I'm a UK size 16 so shoes have always had to be made so I have experience from multiple different companies and Gomila is the best I have dealt with for all factors, the fit was excellent, payment was convenient and I could try them on first, shipping times were very quick, the leather is so high quality and the unboxing experience felt as though I'd spent a lot more than I did.

Nothing negative to say at all and couldn't recommend more.

In the past, I have found it challenging ordering shoes without trying them on and so I was delighted that the fit was so good with Gomila. Customer service were very helpful in advising on sizing and the shoes were delivered promptly. I look forward to ordering more shoes from Gomila in the future.
