Extremely poor communication and unacceptable delay
I placed an order on December 6, 2025, and it was confirmed on December 13, 2025. As of January 24, there has been no shipping update, no movement, and no explanation — that’s 49 days since the order was placed and 42 days since confirmation.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve tried to contact Golf Le Fleur multiple times across different platforms, without receiving any response.
I spent a significant amount of money on this purchase, and when a brand charges premium prices, you naturally expect premium service, communication, and overall experience. Unfortunately, that has not been the case here.
At this point, the lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable. I would strongly reconsider ordering unless Golf Le Fleur improves their communication and order handling.
