Returns beware
If you need to return anything, please pay more for tracking. I paid £4.00 to return a shirt for exchange,which has gone missing. No exchange, no shirt and no return . £40 down . Returns for exchange still have to be paid for , even when the company sent the wrong size !
EDIT.. The customer service from Golf Bro cannot be faulted , they reply straight away to my queries .Apparently I ordered a small by mistake so I’m at fault in the first instance.

I’m still waiting for confirmation from our warehouse team that your parcel has been received, and I’ll update you as soon as I have news.
After reviewing your order, I can confirm the size sent was the size you selected (Small). I’ve attached a screenshot of the order for reference and sent this to your email. On our website, we do recommend using a tracked service for returns to avoid issues, but I’ll be speaking with our developers to ensure this is made even clearer for future customers.
I’ll be in touch as soon as I have an update from the warehouse.

Disappointed with delay in delivery
Easy ordering and payment system but it too over a week to arrive and this made it late for my sons birthday. Bought from another company at same time and product was delivered in 2 days, plenty time to give my son. Disappointed not sure if I would buy from again.

Your order was placed with Royal Mail Tracked 48 on the 26th March and was delivered on the 3rd business day, April 1st.
