My order took a really long time
My order took a really long time. When I order my Harmonic balancer it said it was in stock and ready for delivery. Took over 3 weeks to get sent to me.

Hi Michael, due to the online warehouse system that we previously had some products had been showing that they were either in stock or low stock and in fact were out of stock. We have now switched this off and are working on improving it, apologies for the delay of this order.

Stock control could be better.
Stock control could be better.
Disappointed to get a email saying there would be a few week wait on the item as it was out of stock at the moment. Most other items on the website say low stock I purchased the item under the impression it was in stock as it didn’t have low stock next to it. This was the last piece I required to finish my build and send to the tuner but I was without a car for and extra few days due to lack of stock on a positive note I was happy how fast you sent it to me once you had the stock
