Beware of scammers

People, beware of Goldwin or Mr. West Casino. They have even more casinos,
all under one name.

I used to play at West Casino often, until they lost their license in Malta,
which is justified. Now they are located in New Zealand;

everything is bad with them. I deposited 50 euros this week via bank transfer and received a polite message from the casino stating that the money had been received. But unfortunately, your money isn't credited to your account. After several emails to support, you get no answer. Via chat, you are first told to wait for support; well, they don't respond. So, back to chatting again. Next, they ask for bank statements. Nonsense, you don't need those. I have proof from the casino itself with payment ID. They won't settle for that. They want to see everything from you. I'm not going to send bank statements if they even have proof of deposit.

But yeah, I should have read the reviews on Trustpilot first; then I definitely wouldn't have deposited any money. The money deposit story is over. Mr. West is just terrible, money isn't being credited, I'm not coming back, how can a casino exist if they rip off customers?

I withdrew 1010 on Tuesday 3rd march and it’s now Friday 6th. I have sent many emails with no reply and the chat always says same thing, congratulations on your win and your withdrawal is still pending, there is a queuing process that Iv been in but this queue surly can’t be 3 days long?? Very disappointed with Goldwin Casino, Deposited 19th Jan with no wager bonus, was verified on the Fri 23rd Jan, withdrawal request made the same day but told it made the queue following Monday 26th Jan & to allow up to 5 business days to receive withdrawal, Today is the 12th of Feb, still no progress with withdrawal and same response from chat. Multiple emails and sent to support and finance team that have not been replied to. I unfortunately wouldn't recommend this casino. Very misleading and incorrect information given regarding withdrawal time.

Big win little reward

While playing Goldwin casino over Christmas i was lucky to hit a 5000×s multiplier bringing my account to £14500 which i was excited about only to be offered £100 as it was won with free spins intially technically i have to accept this but just be aware they. Will try anything not to pay there players

They have a sister sites called Mr West and Betmaximus i currently can not get my winnings its been since 20th Jan my intial deposit

Do not advise deposting with these sites as they take your money but dont pay out
